After testing it initially for any skin reaction, she started using it for a couple of days and noted that her face feels firmer. As for me, I tried it also as I’ve used eye serums with hyaluronic acid before and I could see the effects under my puffy eyes. On the other hand, I’ve never used anything with Retinol although my wife uses a variety of products with it in the formula. Obviously, extended testing will be needed but if there’s anything negative, I will quickly update.I was really impressed with the packaging as it plays a big factor for me when I review products because it shows attention to detail for the manufacturer. The product presentation is definitely very classy and elegant. Even the individual boxes and bottles inside were impressive–this set would be a great gift.At $19.99, this is an amazingly excellent value considering there are 3 in the set and the resulting outcome that my wife was happy with.

Having already been a user of the Inky List’s retinol eye cream, I was interested in trying this serum. Being able to stream line and target my under eye area with multiple effectives that this serum contains is great and combining actives in one product for an area of the face is something I’ve been attempting to do of late. As this serum contains ingredients or close forms of ingredients I had already introduced my face to, this seemed a safe product to switch to. Plus I was truly interested to see what another form of the retinoid family was like having not used retinol palmitate prior to this serum. Knowing this wasn’t tested on animals was also important to my decision to try this serum. The container rather elegant and a far cry from the basic plastic squeeze tube of my Inky List. The pump dispenser is easy to use and while it does dispense more than I would want in a perfect world, I have found I can easily control that by only pressing about half and am general very happy with that amount. The serum itself is lovely and rich , not at all thin or runny making apply it very easy. I prefer to do the dot and pat method of application and this formula allows for that. It sinks in readily and leaves a hydrated feeling with no residuals. Have been using this since it arrived a week ago. I originally started off every second evening, but quickly realized this was having no adverse or overly drying effects on my under eye skin, so went to every evening. While no miracle has happened with the actives, nor did I expect this in the short period of use. But I am happy with the morning feeling of the under eye area. I will definitely be continuing to use this serum. Am shocked at the low cost (based on price at time of order) of this being good for the one container in my opinion. But to get 2 for this price is amazing.

My wife loves using facial products and she was recently looking for an eye serum. When I saw this eye serum gift box I decided to order it for her so she could give it a try. It takes a bit of time to absorb but it does a really nice job!The eye serum arrives inside a small cardboard gift box with a bow on it that’s sealed in plastic shrink wrap. Inside the box you have the bottle, a little metal ball on a stick for massaging, some shredded paper for decoration, and a thank you note. The metal ball is inside a little plastic pouch.Under the chrome painted cap is a built-in pump that requires a few pumps to prime it. Careful with how much product you pump out because this serum takes a while to absorb, and a little goes a long way. After a few tries, my wife feels that half a pump is enough to do under both eyes unless your skin is really dry. The serum has no smell to it and you can spread it and massage your skin at the same time using the metal ball on a stick.As far as the results, the serum definitely leaves your skin shiny after application, and it stays this way for a while until it finally absorbs into your skin. You’re probably best to try a little at first and then see how quickly it absorbs, unless you’re putting it on before bed and you don’t mind it making your skin shiny. Once it has had time to absorb, however, it leaves your skin nice and plump and hydrated.Overall, this is a nice eye serum and does a great job so long as you use it sparingly. It also comes in a nice gift box if you want to get it for someone else as a gift. Either way, if you’re looking for a good eye serum, this is definitely one to try!
