These are so nice. Easy to incorporate and pack if traveling. Put on ten minutes before bed and have a nice relaxing ten minutes while these warm up. Definitely have helped with dry eyes but also great for relaxing.

Extremely convenient, works very well
I was having a very hard time remembering to use my microwaveable gel eye mask every night. By the time I remembered it Iâd already be in bed and not wanting to get up and go into the kitchen to use the microwave. I have significant dry eye problems. These instant heat masks have been super helpful as I keep the box next to the bed and get one out every night. I actually put a gel mask on top of the self heating mask and it stays warm even longer as the gel mask holds in the heat. It never gets uncomfortably hot. Since I started doing this every night, Iâve noticed a difference in my dry eyes. These are also convenient for traveling. I took off one star for the price.

Great for Dry Eyes!
Excellent product for evaporative dry eyes! Iâve been using these when I go to bed, and they are so soothing for my dry eyes. Theyâre also very relaxing, and sometimes I use them when I meditate. I love the convenience of these and the fact that theyâre clean and donât have to be warmed up. Great product! Highly recommend!

These eye pads do heat up quickly and last about 15 minutes. Soothing.
The eyepatches do get very warm and eventually after 15 minutes there is a some moisture around the eyes which I just massage into skin. I found these eye pads helpful for a headache. I have blepharitis from a cataract procedure and it is soothing on my eyelids.

Great Choice
Am loving these! ( I don’t trust the type that has to be microwaved; I am afraid I’ll get it too hot and damage my eyes. Besides which, I now I’d not find those handy enough to use if I’m already in bed.) These are easy and handy both. Don’t worry, it takes a minute or so, but they do get toasty, without burning. Excellent value for the money, too.

I guess my eyes are my latest body part to feel my age, 60s. Iâve long used eye masks inconsistently, for light blocking. The velcro tends to catch my hair, or the band leaves a dent in my hair all around my head. I will suck it up for traveling, but itâs a pain for those reasons. When my eyes started drying out, and I began sprouting styes on a semi regular basis, my eye doctor suggested hot compresses. I purchased a kit from his office with an eye mask you heat in the microwave, which didnât get much use either, because I donât take time to lay around and let it work. THESE masks are the ideal combination of treatment and mask, with none of these drawbacks. I use one every night, and the disposable, self heating design features stretchy straps that hook on your ears, so nothing goes around your head and gets twisted. Lightweight and so comfortable you wonât know itâs there. Delivers pitch black experience and warmth that is sufficient that I havenât had a stye since I started using them regularly. I did forget to pack them once and missed several days, and felt the difference. I rarely use eyedrops, these are so good for my dry eyes. Highly, highly recommend.

The packaging on one of the eye masks was open. Tried to contact customer service at Amazon but was ignored during the chat. It is unacceptable I paid over $50 for 30 masks and one does not work.
