I recently discovered this Bach line a few days ago, and Iâm very impressed.Each essence is designed to help restore mental energy and emotional balance. They come in a dark brown colored glass bottle. I appreciate that the formula contains no alcohol. It is also free from artificial ingredients, which is a huge plus for me.It has a nice, sweet taste that makes it super easy for me to take it straight in the mouth. Works pretty well
This product works for me when I get up during the night. It does not put me to sleep initially, but helps me go back to sleep MOST of the time. This will work better for some people than others – I have a high drug tolerance so the fact that it works at all for me is saying something.

Perfect for people and animals who donât want that alcohol taste plus dogs arenât supposed to have alcohol and I use this for my dog. Text anxiety down several notches. Itâs good for irritability if you want to go to sleep things like that all natural no side effects â¦.I have been using it for about 30 years.
