Some of the best sleep I’ve ever had
I normally don’t like taking melatonin because I don’t like how groggy it makes me feel the following morning. I’ve found that sleep patches have been more useful for me. However, the issues I’ve found is that I sometimes get itchy in the middle of the night and end up removing them or they don’t peel off well and I’m left with a residue on my skin. These Patch Remedy Relax Patches are amazing! They’re small, discreet and much more comfortable to wear. They peel off nicely in the morning. I’ve been using these for almost a month and I have to say, I’ve had some of the best sleep every time I’ve worn them. It doesn’t knock me out immediately, but rather winds me down. Once I am asleep, I’m able to comfortably stay asleep for longer periods of time and when I wake in the morning, I don’t feel drowsy or groggy. I am absolutely happy with the results and I will keep using this product. I highly recommend this for anyone who needs a little help getting and staying asleep!

I donât think I can use these patches. I had a strong reaction and felt nauseated. I tried for about 2 hours but I felt better when I took the patch off. I may try again tomorrow.

Loses its adhesive quickly
I like that it’s clear but it doesnt stay stuck to my skin more than 4 hours and then the corners start peeling off. No way the would last 12-24 hours.

I did notice a respectable increase in relaxation and calm after having applied the patch! Be sure to put it somewhere that you won’t scratch or rub it as you’ll be wasting some of the patch as it works for hours on end!
