Not an instant cure.
I have been taking for 2 weeks now and have noticed less pain in the knees. I have two artificial hips and 2 artificial ankles putting a lot of stress on my knees. This is not a cure all. I find that if I work my lower legs up and down and side to side my knees feel a lot better. Sitting around all day is bad for my knees. Activity helps these capsules to work better. Sometimes I wear an elastic knee brace on my right knee’ and it helps me to stay active longer such as yard work. I’m 83 years young. The Quinol helps with my lower back pain too. I’m halfway through the bottle and I feel a lot better. I will get a second bottle.
