Good for sensitive skin (rosacea)
Purito Seoul Sun Day Adventure Sunscreen SPF 50I am super bummed that the US has banned Korean sunscreens, because I find them far superior in every way. It does say made in Korea, but it is missing several qualities of other Korean sunscreens (mostly UV filters). That being said, it’s a decent sunscreen. Spf 50 works well for me. There is no white cast because it is a chemical sunscreen ( or I am pretty sure that it is ). I am sure that it would also work great for deeper skin tones. The texture is lightweight, as advertised. It absorbs quickly. It doesn’t leave the face super shiny. I have had no issues with it interfering with any skincare or makeup application. It does have a slight smell to it, but it doesn’t linger long. Normally I am weary of chemical sunscreen because I have rosacea and they can cause a flair up, but this one didn’t seem to bother my sensitive skin. I wouldn’t recommend getting it anywhere near the eyes though. Also, it is not sweat resistant, so if you sweat, it could get in your eyes and sting. It also has a couple of skincare ingredients, so that’s a bonus.It’s an alright sunscreen. I think it would work good for combo skin, sensitive skin, and also dry skin.

Hydrating suncreen – no white cast
I am a huge believer in daily sunscreen wear and never go a day without it. I typically wear Asian sunscreens as I find them cosmetically elegant under makeup, more comfortable overall (not sticky, no “sunscreen smell”, more fluid), and don’t have a white cast. I have tried many sunscreens in order to find ones that I would be happy to wear daily and am a bit choosy about them.Purito is a great skincare brand and I have several products from them that I have incorporated into my daily regimen. This sunscreen is SPF 50 but does not indicate the PA level. The first thing that I noticed out of the bottle is that it is on the thicker side but not as thick as a a 100% mineral sunscreen. When rubbing it in, it doesn’t take too much effort to blend in and becomes transparent, leaving no white cast on my light-medium skin. It initially felt slightly tacky but after about 5 minutes, it dried down and felt smooth and matte. It does have a more traditional sunscreen scent which is not my preference but it fades after about 30 minutes.As an added benefit, the formula also includes skincare ingredients like water parsley extract which soothes skin and provides hydration as well as panthenol which moisturizes and is an anti-inflammatory.Overall, since my personal preference is for sunscreens which are more fluid and have less smell, this particular sunscreen is not my top choice but still delivers. If you are looking for a hydrating sunscreen with no white cast, I recommend it!

Great consistancy, replacing as my daily sunblock.
So far so good. I have been wearing this for 2 days now and so far I am loving this over my old neutragena face sunblock.I have sensitive skin, so a lot of the popular brands do not work especially for my face… they can be heavy or it is too oily and I end up getting bumps like an allergic reaction.I have landed on neutragena as almost like a staple but I do not like the heaviness as I put it on my face. This purito sunblock have a great consistency, it does not feel heavy at all, it feels very gentle and runs to a relatively matte look (unlike some that can leave you streaky or shiney).I do wear this before I put my makeup on… so the reapplication for every 2 hours is quite hard. However, that recommendation is pretty much on all sunblock so I would not fault the brand. I am really liking this so far and am using it as my daily sunblock moving forward. The ingredients look fine and typical of this type of product.There is also barely any scent which I appreciate since I do not like overly scented things.

Great for US sunscreen
Now that the FDA has cracked down on Korean sunscreens, the ones you buy from American marketplaces are missing some of the Asian filters you normally find in these sunscreens. Anyway this is great in every other way – it’s a smooth sunscreen, doesn’t have a white cast, plays nicely under makeup and is really anything you could ask for in SPF.

Lovely
This is a great sunscreen, but I am disappointed it’s not the Korean version. Unfortunately that’s out of our control, but it would be nice to have the same quality. That said, this isn’t bad, even with the modifications. It’s not super thick so it doesn’t leave behind a white cast/gray haze from being too thick or unable to blend out properly. I have to wear sunscreen daily, even in winter, due to my skin’s sensitivity and I never wear lower than SPF 50. I am really pleased with the consistency of this one, and the texture is lovely. It didn’t clump or leave white patches, it went on my skin smoothly. I was pleased this doesn’t leave a greasy feeling either. Nice consistency sunscreen and it works for daily use for me.

Nice Sunscreen, No White Haze Left
Went on white but absorbed nicely without leaving a white haze on my face. It is unscented, easy to apply, and does not leave a greasy feeling on my skin. It feels similar to a dry sunscreen type of product once it is absorbed, but not quite.While doing yard work (70 degree day), it did not warm or run on my face, but was something I didnât have to think about, which was perfect. The directions do say to reapply at least every two hours for best results.

Itâs the American version
Ughhh I so wished this was the Korean version because Korean sunscreens are some of the best you will ever experience so when I got it and saw all the typical American filters I was disappointed. I have a couple of purities Korean spf and theyâre magical. No burning of eyes or pulling on skin not oily no white caste. We donât get that here but that being said this is one of the better American filtered products Iâve used.

Itâs difficult to find sunscreen that rubs in well and doesnât break out my skin. This sunscreen is lightweight, thinner consistency and rubs in completely without leaving the skin oily.
