They really help my joints!
This product really works! Iâve tried many fish oil tablets and this is the only one that I notice my joint hurt much less. No after taste, or belching. Highly recommend this product. I take one in the morning and 1 at night.

About 2 months ago I started taking this EPA/DHA supplement twice a day (Morning and Evening with meals). I was having aching and pain in my joints after sitting all day at work using my computer. I have changed a few other aspects of my diet (eating little to no sugar, decreasing carbs even decreasing fruit and increasing fats) and have been taking a few other supplements (boswellia) for the past 4 months or so but when I added Pure Encapsulations EPA/DHA I really noticed a quick change. My pain is more manageable and much less. A few months ago I switch hands I use to work my mouse at work because I was in so much pain. My pain is minimal now and instead of being life impacting, I can do the tasks I was struggling with now! I just bought a second bottle of this so that I will not run out! I want to buy the liquid version for my 3 year old!Pure encapsulations has been a great brand for me and my family. My wife takes the B complex, zinc, and biotin from Pure Encapsulations. She has seen improvements with those supplements as well. Pure encapsulations is a quality brand. They are hypoallergenic. There are no added coatings, binders, shellacs, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners or colors, fragrance or use magnesium. They do not contain wheat, gluten, nuts, egg, preservatives or hydrogenated oils. I love how simple and pure their other ingredients are. The EPA/DHA from Pure encapsulations is obtained from anchovies, sardines, and mackerel. The label reads that natural tocopherols, gelatin capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water) are the only other ingredients! I am impressed by this company! Their supplements are worth the extra money for the peace of mind that you are getting what you are actually paying for and because they do give you results! Pure Encapsulations is my go to brand.

This is the brand used my naturopathic Dr uses and she only gives the best. I took these my whole pregnancy and now while nursing. I never feel the âmom brainâ people talk about. My babyâs thriving and smart and I know these made an impact 🙂
