It works and it doesnât make you feel drowsy. I go to sleep in 30â, and also have no issues waking up in the middle of the night when my kids need me, and then going back to sleep. The smell is strong, but you just pop it in your mouth and swallow it quickly and problem solved.

Best rest indeed
The smell is truly bad, but it is amazingly effective for sleep! About 30 mins after I take it, I can feel my body relax and my legs sink into the bed. I always have extremely vivid dreams and sleep like an absolute rock with this stuff. I do feel like I wake up kind of groggy but thatâs because Iâm being woken up out of a deep sleep.

This sleep formula usually works amazingly well BUT not this bottle.The most recent bottle I purchased smells and looks nothing like the first bottle I took. The pills usually smell awful but the pills in this bottle smell like Peppermint tea. Also, these pills are a different color…more gray than brown. Someone has been tampering with this product. I wasted my money! I will buy these directly from the company, not through Amazon! Amazon will not accept a return.

Works amazing for sleep if you can handle the smell
This is one of the few sleep supplements that works, but the smell will probably make you gag. Sometimes I dread taking them, despite knowing theyâll allow me to sleep deeper, simply because of the stench. I hope in the future they can formulate a variation that at least covers the odor to make them palatable. I really like these because they donât make me feel groggy upon waking up.
