I have had plantar fasciitis for years, but have no problems because I wear supports in all my shoes. These work well and are very comfortable. They are very dense foam and hold their shape and support for years. I have multiple pairs because I prefer to leave them in my shoes, but you could change them out each time. I wear a ladies size 9, but I think they would work with just about any size shoe.

I have Plantar Fasciitis and 2 pair of shoes that Hurt!
Ok, you read the title. These came today and I immediately, almost immediately, put a pair in one of the pairs of shoes that hurt.I then went for a One Mile Walk – and yes, the back of my heel still hurt – but I was able to wear a pair of shoes that were headed to “Shoe Heaven” AND, I walked a full mile!! at a reasonable pace!!I came back online for 2 reasons. One to leave this review. The other to purchase 2 more pairs of Insoles.2 years ago my favorite style of shoes was discontinued and I bought whatever I could find. I now realize the seller most likely was “dumping” old stock. Hence the problem of an “old” insole.My solution to purchase these insoles in the hopes I would be able to still wear the shoes turned out to be a great idea for me.Today I read the negative reviews and I didn’t understand. First, they are not expensive at $9 pair. Second, I find that even after I take off the shoes, I do have some relief from the Plantar Fasciitis. Third, I can’t help but wonder if people realize that the insoles need to be in BOTH shoes and shouldn’t be moved from one pair to another. I walk 4-6 miles a day and generally must change shoes for each walk – yesterday I did 2 walks in the same pair of shoes. I purchased enough insoles for every pair of shoes I regularly wear and it’s helping.I will admit they feel weird on my feet – it’s like adding a “1/2 inch heel” inside my shoe – but I’m walking again! I haven’t experienced any shifting of the sole within my shoes and this was by-far the most reasonably priced insoles I checked out.

One of the two best brands/styles I have found
I have tried at least 6 different brands/styles — these (plus one other I have also reviewed) are by far the best. I have a custom orthotic that does not relieve my pain as well as the ProFoot. I have almost no pain, even after a long walk or a workout, when using these. They are terrific in athletic shoes. They do require more space in your shoe (the reason I found another brand/style).

I started to do some research and saw that insoles were a pretty common, pain reliever. I decided to bite the bullet and buy these since the price was fantastic. I was worried it wouldnât fit in my shoes since I wear a 8.5 WIDE. These fit in my shoe perfectly and I felt IMMEDIATE RELIEF!! I have worn down my tactical boots just enough where I didnât have enough support. I will DEFINITELY be buying more pairs for my other shoes.

Works Great!
Iâm got mine yesterdayâ¦and oh my goodnessâ¦the relief that I felt immediately was incredible! My heel has been hurting for some months now but I expected the pain to go away on its own, however itâs gotten extremely bad over the past few weeks. I couldnât stand for more than a minute or two without feeling like someone had just pounded my heel (bone) with a hammer or something. It got to the point where it would hurt even while sitting/laying down. Anyhow, I bought these and after one day of use the pain in my heel has subsided DRAMATICALLY! As a school teacher I am on my feet all day, so the pain was still there but it was very minimal and bearable. Iâm praying that after a while it will go away completely if I continue to use themðð½ðð½ðð½. The fit is great (although my shoe was a little big so my feet slipped around a little), and the adhesion strong.

Finally relief
I have a high instep and a broken ankle with metal implants on both sides. After my surgery my instep hurts soooooo much. Didn’t realise it was Plantar Fasicitis. Being on my feet long hours made it worse. Been using this insert for over a month and it helped significantly!!!! It’s the right thickness. Great quality. And easy to slip in and out. The only downfall it doesn’t stick to the shoes but it fits in perfectly.Update:I am completely satisfied with this product. Though the insert does not stick to the shoes, it turns out to be beneficial as I am able to switch it to other shoes easily. I am do significantly more walking and resume the gym so it’s mainly in my tennis shoes .. I must say I do not feel any pain in my instep. Additionally, it takes the stress of my ankle. 100% would recommend
