THIS IS SUCH AN EASY APPROACH TO GETTING PROBIOTICS! I HAVE PROBIOTICS IN MY FRIDGE AND IT IS NOT EASY TO USE… I HATE TABLETS, CAPSULES. GUMMIES ARE EASY, I PUT THEM IN A JAR, WHICH IS ON MY DESK AND I NEVER FORGET TO TAKE THEM!!!

These actually work!
These make the stool firm up more quickly, stimulating my body to get it out sooner. Also, the firmness gives the stool some âthereâ there, something to push against to expel. I wish I knew whether these microbes do anything to help assimilate nutrients and so forth, as the fancy probiotics are supposed to do. But these are the only ones that actually helped make my stool easy to expel. The effect only lasts for a day or two, though⦠gotta keep taking them on a daily basis. I take three in the morning and three at night.
