Works well
Is the only herbal remedy that helps me fall asleep and stay asleep without taking those antihistamine sleeping pills.

WASTE OF MONEY
Have been using this product for about 10 days now, and unfortunately it has not helped me sleep at all. It seems to make it impossible to fall asleep, might be the melatonin included in product. With no refund or satisfaction GTY policy, it seems like I wasted about $27.00. Costly mistake, have to read reviews better.

Works as advertised
All I can say is that it helps me get some sleep. Helps me dream more. Slight grogginess in the morning.

It works moderately well for me
I use this for sleep.. It is a little less effective than Indica for me.

Didnât work for me
This was supposed to be good according to the internet and it didnât work for me. I struggle to fall asleep and typically take 40 mg of Melatonin each night. I tried these pills without the melatonin and didnât get sleepy. I then had to take them with the melatonin. Now Iâve been using just melatonin for the last two weeks and that works better than these pills. I may have a slightly high tolerance for sleep aids as typical OTC pm pills donât work for me either. I now take usually 50 mg of melatonin to get sleepy. Willing to try something different because I donât want to take 40 or 50 mg of melatonin, itâs a little high.

No change in sleep patterns or feeling.
Did nothing…I tend to wake up 2 or 3 times throughout night, restless sleep..melatonin helps to get me to sleep, but not stay asleep..was hoping this would give me more solid longer rest..unfortunately, no change at all in sleep pattern, and I even increased to 3 pills, and felt nothing.
