Make sure you feed your gut PRE biotics
PRE feeds your good bacteria, like putting on lawn fertilizer to green up your lawn. PRO feeds the attacking bacteria, like putting on a lawn food with weed killer. You need both, but keeping the good bacteria healthy and strong aids in good and proper digestion.This is only my opinion, try it out for yourself. And when out there looking, read the ingredients VERY carefully, and check where the ingredients are sourced.

For me personally this product has really helped from day 1. I seemed to always have some digestion issues in the last few years, nothing serious but regular discomfort, especially bloating and especially at night. Finding no medical answers and having watched a program on sleep by Michael Moseley where prebiotics seemed to assist with sleep and overall digestion issues I found these on an internet search. I am really impressed that I now feel so much better. Im sure its personal to each person but as they can only do good they are absolutely worth trying.
