These are a great quality and exactly what I was looking for to bring a little magic to my concoctions. There was more quantity than I anticipated and just a few of them create a bold color. This tea is exactly what I was looking for. I did not know there was tea that changes colors with lemon. If you brew this tea you will have a lovely color tea. If you add lemon, the color changes!!!! The tea does not have a flavor, but it is so beautiful. Such a fun drink. I have made hot then chill it so I can have it cold the next day then add lemon and it still changes the shade. Beautiful and fun.

TRUTH in advertising! I LOVE LOVE LOOOVVEE this product! I broke this comment into 3 sections…. PRODUCT, QUALITY and FLAVORPRODUCT: BUY IT! I gave it ***** Iâm an excessive tea drinker and passionate cook. The product IS FROM THAILAND unlike some of the other brands (see story below for more deets). Basically it it what it says it is and the quality for the amount and price is amazing.QUALITY: The intensity is so INTENSE a little does go a LONG way (Iâll add photos). I made a tea jar full of this stuff ( like I said I drink a lot of tea, so I often have it pre-made and ready to drink.) it was so intense it almost looks black. Great stuff!FLAVOR: If you havenât had pea flowers before or âClitiria ternateaâ cooked with them before (its good with rice) the flavor is quite mild. It tastes almost like water with a hint of sweet earth, just a faint aroma of butterfly pea flavor at the end of it.STORY TIME: When I first researched this product, I had found several other vendors selling the same thing for a lower price ( I wasnât planning on buying this one originally). With all that being said, reading the comments about the previous products in my basket claiming to be âproduct of Thailand, and 100% organic dried flowers…noticed that the product was not at all what it said it was. It was a product of China. Needless to say Iâm glad I read comments before purchasing… because I found this beauty and will definitely buy this product again.

Butterfly Pea Flower Tea is a stunning addition to my collection of teas. The slightly sweet aroma and taste, smooth silky texture, and light grassy flavor is a welcome change from the white, green, red and black teas I usually drink. As an added plus, there is absolutely NO bitterness. The color of the tea does change with the addition of lemons or limes, and is as refreshing as the drink itself â whether hot or cold.When I purchased this product, I wasnât able to determine how many carbohydrates and calories the tea made from these blossoms contained, so I contacted PICKNATURE, the company that produces it. As the person I was chatting with wasnât sure of the answer, they took the initiative to actually call their lab and said they would contact me as soon as they had the answer. I have never had a company respond so quickly. Per PICKNATUREâs lab, if you use 3 blossoms per an 8 oz. cup of water, the tea has 0 calories and 0 carbohydrates. I was very relieved to hear that as I have now incorporated it into the various fasting protocols I follow which have enabled me to reverse my Type 2 Diabetes and finally LOSE WEIGHT.Though you can find a long list of health benefits on the NET, Iâve not yet used the product long enough to personally speak to all of them listed – except for two. The first: I have found, after consistent glucose testing, that drinking this tea after meals actually keeps my blood glucose levels from spiking. The second: It has a calming effect, and helps to manage my anxiety. I look forward to using this product in the foreseeable future.Thank you PICKNATURE for such a refreshing product, and such a timely response. It is appreciated.

I wrote several years ago about loving this product…
And nothing has changed. Every summer. I make quarts of this, and much stronger than recommended. When you add some of Amazon’s organic Berry Bliss loose tea (3:1 ratio) with pea tea leaves, or simply add orange concentrate to taste, and monk fruit to sweeten (and I love “sweet tea”), you remove the slight “earthy” taste, and nothing could be more refreshing on a hot day.I also like to flavor it with Better Stevia’s organic strawberry extract, or the company’s organic berry extract. Please remember, all concentrates, extracts and flavorings, monk fruit, stevia, etc.. are concentrated pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides if conventional (see scientific articles on line for documentation). I buy nothing but organic, and Capital One says these products on Amazon are your best price (the tea may have changed).I also buy organic concentrates from Nature’s Flavor’s and wish Amazon carried their products. As a caveat: any juice in a plastic jug is toxic from the leaching of the plastic. Fresh and Whole Foods both have juices in glass jars and for me, the higher price to be safe is worth it.Mixing organic tart cherry juice with the tea is also a delightful variation, but must sweeten! I get my Monk’s fruit and any products I use regularly on “subscribe and save”, and often beat Capital One pricing.I probably drink a half quart a day to meet my H20 quotient and have no side effects. I cannot recommend this tea highly enough given the purported health benefits and simply how delicious it is.Enjoy!

Well packaged. These dried flowers give a beautiful deep blue color as tea which tastes lovely. Very versatile and interesting color change when acidity is added. Definitely recommend. Also love that they are organic and not sprayed of pesticides.
