This can be taken with your physician’s choice women’s prebiotic. It comes in a capsule. The capsule is quite a bit larger than the probiotic capsule. I find it difficult to swallow, even when taken alone. I wish it came in a similar capsule size to their probiotic. I’ll finish this bottle but won’t repurchase because of that.

I started taking this product due to a fishy smell after sex with a prior partner. I started taking these every other day or so and then took a BV test which was negative thankfully. I think that it cleared my BV infection if thatâs what it was. The taste is not bad, comes in a plant based capsule. Good value imo. Comes with multiple strains of bacteria.
