I know I’ve only been taking this product for a little less than a month. I bought it for myself, but after hearing its benefits, my husband jumped in on the wagon.I also bought this product primarily because of the great reviews on how collagen has helped many people with their joint pains. My biggest and most bothersome problem are my knees. For years, (and at night esp) I lose sleep because of the dull pain on both my knees. I received this product at night. I was already in pain. So I was anxious to use it. So I made chamomile tea and added a scoop of the product. First thing I noticed was that it dissolved pretty quickly in my hot tea. Secondly, I was pleasantly surprised that it did not alter the tatse of my tea. The product really is tasteless. I was happy and immediately thought of many other foods and drinks I could mix it in. Great! I have a lot of options on how to use it everyday!OK, so i was in pain when i first took it and although I was anxious for the results, I knew it would take some time for the product to work in my system. Maybe after a few days or maybe a couple weeks the product will start to work for me, I thought to myself. Anyway, I took the product with no expectations at all. Lo and behold! I woke up the following morning and I’m thinking, “Wait, what? I slept through the night? No pain?! No!!? Can’t be!” I had pain every single night for years, but that night I had no pain. The product cant work that fast. Must be just a coincidence! Tried it again, but this time in the morning to mix with my coffee and once again, I slept through the night. Needless to say, it has been almost a month of taking physician’s choice collagen peptides, and I have been pain free since. This includes pain relief on my shoulders, and back. I also suffer from fibromyalgia, and I swear this has helped, too. I have a lot of prescription meds because of all my aches and pains, but I promise u, I have not taken any since taking this product. I still have pains but not as bad as it used to be. I hope to be completely painfree with this new product. I am so grateful I learned about this supplement. I just wish I knew sooner and saved myself a lot of pain and agony.To add on to this amazing testimony, I learned that collagen is great for the hair, nails, and skin as well. Although I have not seen much difference in these aspects (yet), I know it will come next and I can’t wait!Because of all these benefits, my husband and I decided to subscribe and have this auto-delivered every 3 weeks. Iâve tried many different brands but have found this one to be the most effective and best value. Iâve been using it daily in my morning coffee or in a protein smoothie for a few years now. Everyone always comments on how fast my hair grows out long. Plus my hair and skin feel healthier and more resilient than before I started using this product. I use the flavorless option so I can blend it into anything. It doesnât change the flavor of anything I put it in which is perfect for me!

Favorite collagen powder!
I’ve tried many collagen capsules, as well as other powder forms and this product has been my favorite. I noticed a distinct difference in my hair and nail health when I stopped using this for a few months. The added probiotics and enzymes make my stomach happy as well. I add one scoop to my coffee every morning, mixes well. There is definitely a bit of a milk like taste to it but I use a creamer anyway. Also mixes well in protein shakes or Kefir smoothies.

UPDATE (1/11/24) I donât even drink this everyday and ever since I did start my nails have gotten SO SO SOOO LONG STRONG AND BEAUTIFUL!! Iâve always had nubs as nails , they were non existent and always broke off but wow I canât even believe these are my REAL nails and no one else believes me either lol! They are super super hard and strong , they do not break, hair has grown for sure and has gotten stronger , skin is still so so but thatâs because I do not drink it everyday like I should. With that being said RUN AND BUY THIS !!!Itâs really good , I tried it with juice and it dissolved ok I just had to shake it alot , you canât taste too much flavor is more a after taste. Dissolves better with hot things and specially coffee , the coffee taste over powers the flavor so no after taste after the coffee. Havenât felt any relief yet from my sore muscles , I train 5 times a week as a power lifter so my muscles are always aching , but this is only my second day with it , will update !Update: after only like a week or two of taking this everyday and forgetting weekends , my nails have changed DRASTICALLY, they have grown so strong and pretty but my hair I donât notice anything yet nor my skin, and with muscles I canât tell if itâs helping or notUPDATE( 12/5)BEST BEST collagen I have ever used , my nails have never been this long NOR strong and thick !!
