The conditioner itself is AWESOME
I love this conditioner. My hair usually smells burned after blow drying. This stuff holds its smell even after blow drying and flat ironing my hair. I can go about 2 days and it still holds its smell. This stuff is very thick though, so if you have thin or oily hair, you probably don’t want this. This is perfect for me because I live in Texas and it’s always humid. This keeps the frizz down.My only complaint was the shipping. I order this and ended up receiving shampoo. I sent it back and then they sent body cleanser. After that, customer service was so helpful, they allowed me to keep the body cleanser and then sent the conditioner on the 3rd attempt.

THIS conditioner is Fabulous! My hair looks and smell amazing! And the comb basically glided thru my hair after using. It’s pricey but the results are worth it!

Extremely Fragrant
Let me start with saying I have thick, slightly curly, and course hair. I require a good conditioner to achieve softness when drying. This conditioner is excellent in terms of providing the softness. The scent though is really strong. The first day I used it I thought it was too strong, but it has grown on me. You will smell your hair for at least two days after washing, which may be a positive for most. The scent itself is good. This brand is a bit pricey, but a little does go a long way. If you have really long hair like me, it starts to become unaffordable. The workaround for me was to buy this same brands hair mask, which goes a bit further in my opinion and can be used as a conditioner.My biggest problem with this conditioner is I don’t have the strength to get the conditioner out of the bottle without using the edge of the window sill in my shower to apply pressure. And even that is hard so I have to remove the top to get it out. Despite working out regularly, age is not kind to hand strength in women. I consider this a big issue and for that reason I deducted 1 star. They don’t need to use such a hard plastic. I get they want it to feel expensive, but it shouldn’t be at the cost of not being able to get the product out of the bottle as intended, which in this case is squeezing.

After years of use I’m moving on…
I’ve used QUAI shampoo and conditioner and many of their other products for years, but mainly, I’ve been switching and trying out their various conditioners, hoping I’ll find one I like. I love the quality and clean ingredients, which is why I keep repurchasing, but lately, I’m also finding it harder to get my very long hair squeaky clean. I’m currently using the Thick shampoo & conditioner, and for some reason, my scalp always feels greasy. I will do a deep clarifying shampoo/rinse between washes to see if that helps.My real frustration lies with their line of conditioners. When applied, OUAI Thick smells unpleasingly strong and very perfumey. Don’t get me wrong; I love scented conditioners that make your hair smell amazing and have staying power, but to me, QUAI conditioners smell like a cheap knockoff (old lady) perfume, and they definitely don’t make me smile when using them. Their shampoos and other products smell good, so I don’t know what’s going on with their conditioners. It doesn’t fit with their line; IMO their conditioners have an unpleasant synthetic smell.Secondly, the conditioner applicators are awful. I have to remove the top completely, and I tap the container against my hand like I’m trying to get the last bit of ketchup out. They need to figure out a different design for the top or sell the conditioner in a tub style once the scent issue has been fixed.I doubt I’ll repurchase, but I may revisit if improvements are made. Right now, there are just too many negatives, and for a higher-end conditioner, I expect better.

This conditioner is 100% worth the money!I have very thick, coarse hair, and it has never felt as soft as it does after I use this. The scent also leaves my hair smelling so good!! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone needing an extra boost of shine and softness in their hair, it works wonders!

The shampoo and conditioner are fantastic, my hair is fine but I have a lot off it which is prone to matting when washed. The conditioner leaves my hair feeling nourished and manageable and I was able to brush the knots through easily after washing. I normally use olaplex. The smell is divine and my hair feels clean and light weight. Highly recommend

This conditioner is on par if not better then many of the professional salon products. Not only is the fragrance nice, my hair is softer, less frizzy and easier to manage. I have natural curly hair that can be dry as I swim 3x a week. A little goes a long way. The bottle could be bigger but it’s a product I will continue to use. My hair stylist said this was a great product to use and the owner used to work with some big Hollywood celebrity but branched out on her own.
