Not so great, but became great
When I first bought these patches comma, they left a lot of adhesive residue on my skin. I had to get special cleaning patches from my doctor’s office and then actually got some nail polish remover. I was seriously wondering if the benefit was worth the problem. The advertisements I saw for this made it sound as if you put the patch on, and you’ll sleep better right away. This is not true. According to the packaging, it takes some time to actually work.I recently placed an order to get some more of them. I discovered that the recent ones I ordered had a cloth-like feel instead of a plastic feel like the first order I placed. I love the new cloth-like ones. They do not leave residue on my skin. The packet of 28 for the cloth-like ones is 4 1/2″ x 6″. The plastic ones come in a case that is bigger.Enjoy better sleep. I am.

argh… the smell
I’m disappointed. I thought it was safe to try these sleep patches. I’m familiar with the ingredients. The description sounded risk-free. Amazon is usually wonderful about returning items. Why not try, right? Wrong. I used my first patch last night, following their instructions to the letter. I could tell immediately that they had an odor, but it was not a chemical order, more like an essential oil odor, but not a light, flowery or gingery or pleasant (to me) smell. I woke up in the night with my head FILLED with the smell, and that was the end of my sleep. I immediately got online to return the item and it’s not returnable. WHAT?? I read how other people had a dickens of a time getting in touch with the company for a refund. I read the entire product description, twice, and still didn’t see anything about “all sales final”. Maybe I’m just stupid or blind, but I still don’t see it. I’m willing to take down this review, or modify it, if I can get a refund.Had I known this was going to be an ordeal, I wouldn’t have bought TWO x $20 packages. I was going to experiment with these with one of my children. Hers is a separate order, shipped to a different state. Am I going to have to do this twice if she doesn’t like hers? I told her about my experience, and if she didn’t open her package she could send it back and it would be resellable.I’ve wasted $20 ($40 if my child doesn’t like it) before, but I would have appreciated knowing the risk before spending the money.Now I have to rinse out my sinuses and wash my bedding to get rid of the smell or I’ll have a terrible day and another sleepless night. It’s not just a waste of money, it’s been a waste of an hour so far today (and it’s not even 8 am) and more time to clean up the mess.

Not as effective as advertised.
Since I already take melatonin before bedtime, these patches didnât do anything for me. But my husband seems to like them OK. The ad says that they help you sleep without tossing and turning, but thatâs not accurate.

Okay so I have a dilemma about this product. I can’t sleep at night. I need my rest or I can’t function at work. I tried this product and it worked. Nothing ever works but this did. The only problem is look at my arm. I placed them on the inside of my arm in a few places and look at the bruising. What’s up with that? It doesn’t hurt but it looks pretty awful. I’m not going to stop using it because of the bruising because I would rather sleep and have a little bit of bruising then lay awake at night and have no bruising.

Took a few nights, but then work like a charm
They do have a slight smell right out of the package not bad or good just an herby smell, but I am not super sensitive to that. The first night I thought these were not going to do a thing for me but by the third night I have been sleeping like I haven’t in years. Maybe it’s a mindset but it works for me. I would highly recommend as I would prefer using these than taking a pill every night which I did for years.. These do not have any kind of a morning hangover effect, and I feel great right out of bed. I’ve settled on wearing them on the inside of my arm above the wrist after trying a few different places. They are fabric and secure when on but easy to remove.

Different patches than the last 3 times.
I have a subscription of these to be filled every 28 days. The first pack I purchased from you were plastic and left a sticky residue. So, I did not subscribe quite yet. I ordered another package to see if it would be the same issue ( just to give you one more try). The second and all subsequent packages have been made from a soft cloth like material and did not leave any residue. So, I obviously ordered a subscription to be delivered every 28 days. This has been for the past 4 months or so. This month, I received a package of the original patches. They are hard and scratchy and leave a HORRIBLE residue. It usually is not a problem, as I shower each morning but on Saturday nights I shower before church on Sunday mornings and I had to scrub pretty hard to get that sticky residue off. It is very inconvenient and the hard patch isnât conducive to sleep, either. Iâve been very dissatisfied. After the second package with the improved patches, I WAS telling my friends about your product, but Iâm a little apprehensive about that now, as I am considering canceling my subscription. I am hoping this was a fluke and I will not receive any more of these hard, sticky residue patches in the future or you will lose a loyal customer.

It is now 5 days since I started using these patches. I did not feel the difference as to whether the product is helping or not. I honestly don’t think it works for me. I suffer with severe insomnia so I would not even give it a 1.

The patch stays on well. It took a second package to be more consistent in its results. I’ve been getting 6 to 7 hours most of the time but occasionaly wake after 5 hours and unable to return to sleep.
