Silica is a requirement for bone/elasticity and other health requirements. This is pure Silica in water which is important because powder can be dangerous for a lot of reasons as one might easily be able to imagine on their own.What’s interesting to me is that I actually CRAVE this mineral-am taking appx 2 TBS each day. Would love to take more but of course I’m being careful to stay within a safe range of use – will be doing more research on safe dosages in the near future – but given the fact that Christmas was SO busy I didn’t start using it til after the new year and haven’t had research time.At my current dose I can feel the difference but believe I need to give it 6 months or so after having some more research under my belt before giving a review on any changes in dosage and its efficacy.

Tastes a bit like dirt
2024 This doesn’t taste horrible but it does taste faintly of dirt. Easy to measure into a shot glass with the pour squirt thing on the bottle.I had a ganglion cyst sitting on my wrist for a little over two years. It was huge and ugly but not painful. I started drinking a tablespoon of this silica water each day because my hair was falling out. Within three days my cyst started healing up. After a week it’s been reduced by more than half. Could be coincidence. My hair is still falling out.Update*** December 2024Have bought several bottles of the mineral based living silica water and have seen good results in further healing. My ganglion cyst is almost invisible although there is a remaining bump I can feel. It went from the size of a shooting marble about and inch across, to the size of a bb. Unfortunately when I reordered this last time I was sent the plant based living silica water instead. It is in a green bottle rather than a blue but otherwise looks the same. Unfortunately I cannot tolerate the plant versions ingredients (which is why I ordered the mineral based version). My mother and daughter will drink it and I will try and reorder again. Hopefully this time the correct product will be sent. This product is very expensive but when sent the correct bottle it is worth it to me. It is supposed to help with the bodies ability to remove aluminum. My daughter doesn’t like the taste but can tolerate it in hot chocolate. She has been much calmer since drinking it each day and she seems motivated to make sure she has it. My mother has also seen benefits in healing. We are all consuming one tablespoon each day.

I purchased this mainly for hair growth along with other health benefits. I have been taking this supplement for about 2 .months or so I have noticed any changes in my skin, but nothing else. I know you have to give supplements at least 3 months, so I will continue taking. I have ordered a second time!It has no taste and instead of 1tbsp, I take 2 daily in the morning.

All I know is that when I take this regularly – my skin glows. I wake up in the morning and look in the mirror and my skin is so much calmer looking. I suffer from rosacea and have finally found a topical product to control the rosacea acne. But nothing to really help with the underlying redness. When I take this, I wake up and Iâm not red and blotchy. My skin looks cool and calm and VERY hydrated, very well rested and literally glowing. I began taking this mostly for its detox benefits for heavy metals as well as collagen boosting benefits, as I understood it gave you building blocks for producing more collagen within the body. But I am not absolutely sure if this form does help you detox the heavy metals. There are so many different forms and it is very confusing! I really hope it is doing that too.I always figure if you take a supplement and you start to look healthier as well as feeling healthier, seeing that is probably is a pretty good indication that it is doing something good for your body or helping your inflammation etc. When I donât take this I absolutely notice that the benefit goes away. I usually do double the dose and take 2 tablespoons In the morning before my coffee. I have a small shot glass with tablespoons and ounces marked on the side and thatâs what I use to measure and take this. I found I was spilling and losing a lot of the very expensive product when I was trying to pour it into a tablespoon measure and take it from that. Just FYI, when I am tighter on funds, I do the regular dosage of 1 tablespoon. That still works but I notice a difference when I double the dose.I have re-ordered this many times and been taking it on and off for a couple of years. I just re-ordered again after having not taking it for several months in the middle of the pandemic, and I can totally see a difference in my skin again so I figured I would finally write a review. I am still in search of making sure I take a good silica for heavy metals detox but Iâm very happy with the skin benefits of this product.
