It feels NATURAL!I’ve also been gaining weight my weight back (not from these, from something else) SO…….. First time trying maca.
Its my first time trying Maca, i started taking it because i felt too tired and sleepy during work. I heard about it from a workout ig influencer, and she took this to get pregnant and i could use those benefits too for sexual health. After two month taking it, I feel with more energy (nothing crazy but i just have one pill a day and its suppose to be two). I combine it with multivitamins pills. My appetite have grown too. Good option but i will try more options too to compare being honest.
