I use this everyday in my coffee. One scoop a day helps me to get more protein. 20g per scoop. It doesn’t change the flavor. I have used it in tea and smoothies as well. Great for gut health too

I tried another collagen powder first, then I tried this one. What a difference! I have been on a 20+ year journey with hip tendinopathy pain. (That means 20 yrs of doctors, many rounds of PT, injections & surgery.) It took a couple of months of daily use, but one day I realized that I could stand & walk farther without the usual pain starting up. That one benefit has been a tremendous boon to my life, but then also my complexion starting to clear up and even glow & my hair is now actually luxurious. I am 63 yrs old & my face is literally the best itâs ever been. I can go without makeup for the first time ever. I kid you not. I never miss a day of the collagen powder & I appreciate that it also includes probiotics.
