Why in the world I ordered this I don’t know. Chewable tabs of chalk with little flavor. Not even sure of the science behind them working. Before I got to the bottom of the jar the tabs had hardened up and I had to suck the last few, which is perhaps preferable to chewing them. I have no idea if they helped or worked, but will not order them again.

Thick chunky taste first 5-8 seconds
I took mind today for first time, not gonna lie it taste like a thick chulk in my mouth, it was horrible for first 5-8 seconds of chewing, next time I take Iâll try letting it melt in mouth or try swollen it, I only brought because of the rating, so it should work once I fine way to take it best.
