I’m using that toothbrush at least 4 times a day and by far it’s the best toothbrush I ever had. My teeth are so cleaned and my gums feels better than before.It’s very comfortable to use and the battery life is great (once in two weeks).

A few weeks back, my wife and I decided it was high time to upgrade our aging Oral-B electric toothbrushes, which had served us faithfully for a good seven years but were starting to show signs of wear, particularly in their ability to hold a charge. We have always been supporters of Oral-B’s range of products due to their consistent performance and reliability, and this time was no exception.While Oral-B offers a more high-tech product line, the iO series, we opted for the Oral-B 5000 model. Our primary requirement was a simple yet effective toothbrush, without the need for all the bells and whistles associated with app connectivity. Our main focus was on finding a toothbrush with a pressure sensor to alert us if we were brushing too hard, a feature we deemed essential to prevent gum damage and avoid a repeat of past issues caused by overly vigorous brushing.To our surprise, upon receiving and starting to use the Oral-B 5000, we discovered that it had far more features than we initially realized. Admittedly, we hadn’t delved into the fine details of the product before purchasing, so we were unaware that it could connect to the Oral-B app – a feature we had initially wanted to avoid. However, once we gave the app a try, we found it to be incredibly useful. The battery indicator was a handy addition, and the app’s ability to turn brushing into a sort of game was a revelation. It ensured that we were brushing each section of our mouths for the right amount of time, helping to prevent the overbrushing of one area at the expense of another. In short, we were very pleased with the brush and its unexpected features.On a separate note, while I originally purchased the product on Amazon, I ended up having to return it and repurchase it at Costco. This decision was not due to any fault in the product’s performance, but rather because the product arrived in a less-than-ideal condition. The packaging appeared to have been tossed around quite a bit, resulting in a battered and beaten box that looked as though it had been handled without any care.In conclusion, despite the initial hiccup with the delivery, we are extremely satisfied with our new Oral-B 5000 electric toothbrush. It has not only met but exceeded our expectations, providing a plethora of helpful features that we didn’t even know we needed. The product itself is fantastic, and we would highly recommend it to others looking for a reliable, feature-rich electric toothbrush. The delivery experience may have left something to be desired, but the quality of the toothbrush itself has more than made up for that.
