Excellent for those with lid closure issues
This is an excellent nighttime eye ointment for someone like me who has severe dry eye due to incomplete lid closure. Over the years I have tried all the ointments on the market for this. Most do not work that well if you have incomplete lid closure. They make work great for other dry eye issues though. I have 2 that I use on a regular basis Refresh PM and Systane Nighttime. They both work great but are often hard to find or even unavailable online or locally. I started using Optase HYLO Night 2 weeks ago. It’s now my favorite.Optase HYLO Night is less greasy feeling than the other two, it stays on all through the night, washes out easily in the AM and hasn’t irritated my eyes at all. Very impressive! It’s a bit more expensive than the other two but for me well worth the few extra dollars.

Gentle, effective eye ointment
Does not burn or irritate my eyes. Blurred vision clears after 15 mins or so of blinking. Doesnât last for full nightâs sleep unless used with an eye covering or tape. Works best with Optase drops first, then ointment added after.

This night time eye ointment gave me relief from dry, irritated eyes in the mornings. Does make your vision blurry, should only use last thing at night before going to bed.

A very good product
This is nice a thick so it stays in your eye overnight. Some of the other products that are supposed to do the same thing just run right out of your eye so they donât really help after using. Make sure you put the cap back on because it tends to continue to come out of the tube
