I bought this as a gift for my wife. (Migraines)First, it worked like a charm! The pressure and darkness is the best for her.Then, I stole it! When she doesn’t need it, I use it as much as possible. The darkness and pressure are nice but i really like that it covers your ears and helps with sounds. Its great for just sleep in general.The bonus for us both has been the cold. I have seen a lot of people putting them in the fridge or freezer. I’m sure that’s fun, but we haven’t had the need once. Its cold enough just when its laving out in the open.Short and simple:- Straight forward. Exactly what you’ve seen on social media outlets without paying for a big brand name.- Hard to beat the price based on everything I had seen out there.My rating is a 5 (Rating Key below)- Great purchase! Comfortable and effective migraine relief but short cooling time
I haven’t tried using this migraine cap warm, but I’ve kept it in the freezer and fridge for use. Both methods keep it cold for about 10 minutes—I even timed it with a stopwatch. While the cold can make my eyes burn a bit at first, it’s otherwise fantastic. It blocks out at least 95% of the light, which is a huge relief during a migraine. For those complaining about light coming through, I think pulling it down a bit more would help, as that 5% isn’t a dealbreaker. My only wish is that it stayed cold longer, but overall, it’s a great product. It’s also very comfortable to wear and has no smell, which is a bonus for me. Overall, it’s a great product.

Solid purchase!
Good stuff, bought for the wife cause of women things and she still hasn’t stopped thanking me for it. So whatever it does it’s doing it right. Saves us both headaches 🙂

It can get REALLY cold
I threw it in the freezer cause I wasn’t messing around and let me tell you neither is the cap. It gets cold and stays cold for a good while. I haven’t tested it for the heat function yet.I will say if you do put it in the freezer be careful about putting it straight on to your eyes. I did briefly and it started to feel a little painful.Worth the money to try it at least.It does have a smell but it’s not bad or strong. It’s like a foam drink coozy kind of smell. After it’s been in the freezer a few times it goes away

The material is so soft, smooth, and comfortable. There aren’t lumps and bumps like the styles that have many little ice packs in a hat so it’s comfortable to wear even when laying down. We keep it in the fridge and it stays nice and cold for migraine relief. It is stretchy and fits comfortable on adult-sized heads. There a hole in the top if you want to pull your hair up and out. There is a small bit notched out for your nose to add to your comfort. Good design. Effective pain relief for headaches and mograines.
