We use these to help our kiddo have a better night sleep. We do not use it every day, but do notice that when the weekend is over she has a bit of a hard time falling asleep for school the next day. We also find it helpful to use when she is too excited for sleep when getting ready the night before to leave on vacation. She is 10 yrs old and only needs one gummy about 15-30 mins before bed and she will have a restful night of sleep. She does not wake up groggy the next morning. She also likes the flavor.

These work. I brought them for my two kids. The first time I gave them a whole gummy, it knocked them out in the next 10 minutes. That was too fast for me so now I split one gummy between the two. It take up to a hour or a hour and a half to get them tired but im okay with that. On nights I cant sleep I even take one myself and be sleep in the next hour. My kids do experience a side effect from the gummy, it increases their body temp. They get hot maybe around the time the gummy has finally made them sleepy and demands something cold to drink. I dont always give it to them so I notice this only happens when the gummy is given to them. The taste is fine too.

I chose these because more gummyâs are coated in sugar and my kid hates that but he lived these. He takes them with no issue and they work like a charm. I have finally been able to regulate his schedule and sleep pattern with these. After he takes just one he is sleeping 30 minutes later.
