These WORK!
Iâve been using these for well over a year. I canât explain how these work but I struggle w anxiety. Sometimes I donât even know what is causing it but I take 2 of these and within about 10 minutes I realize that Iâm not worrying anymore. Honestly, itâs weird. Iâve also tried the ones with Ashwaganda and they have the same effect. I like the gummies flavor and I donât notice any side affects. I literally carry them with me at all times.

I wanted to add a supplement to help my stress levels and help my focus. These have been working tremendously for me. I have used this brand for many years. But, I have not tried this variation yet. They have been working great. They have been helping me relax and improving my sleep and focus. These are also some of the best tasting gummies on the market. These literally taste like fruit snacks. They also have a great smell to them as well. Very easy to chew, they are nice and soft. I have not experienced any negative side effects, but this can vary person to person. So please consult your family doctor first. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking to help with stress and improving focus.

It does actually work. But it knocks me out. It calms me down to much lol. I’ll just take it at night. 0 energy. The flavor isn’t good but it not horrible. If I focus on anything I just fall asleep. I’ve been trying to write this review for 5 hours. It’s a very relaxing gummy lol.

Works well for helping me sleep and calming
I take these along with another sleep product, and they seem to really help me sleep better. I also use them during the day to help with calm. They do not make you drowsy necessarily, but add a calm effect. I really love the laste of them, and would probably eat them like candy, but save them for stress and sleep.Hope they help you too. Taste Sour, Unsure if it works
I don’t like gummies but my doctor recommended me trying these because I’ve been under a lot of stress to the point I lost my equilibrium and forgetting a lot of things and I’m 33! They taste sour and the texture makes me gag but I choke them down. Not sure if it’s working or if it’s because my stress has gone down since my month long issues. Wish this was more helpful.

Tried these supplements and they do help with my stress level. They taste good and appear to be of high quality. They are a small the size of a gummy bear. And smell fruity. Reasonable price.

I bought these because I have had so much stress lately. I didnât want to go directly to antidepressants and these do make a huge difference. They also taste great. I gave this 4 stars because you will go through them fast. So the cost isnât great.

He pasado por un largo periodo problemático que me trajo bastante ansiedad. De alguna manera estás gomitas me dan un estado de ‘no- overthink ‘ en dónde de alguna manera mi mente se calla y puedo pensar una cosa a la vez. Claro que hay que ayudarse uno intentándolo, pero he notado que es más fácil y me siento tranquila.Las he tomado junto con las de happy de la misma marca y me agrada el efecto.Si las recomiendo.

El sabor es medicinal pero yo si las disfruto, no esperen un caramelo pero tampoco tan espantoso como lo pintan en las reseñas, es como las gomitas de uva pero con un sabor amargo medicinal.Me han ayudado a dormir mejor y solo tengo unos pocos dÃas tomandolas, si las recomiendo.
