These OLLY Extra Strength Sleep Gummies are great. They give me a little sweet taste before bed and facilitate a nice drowsy period leading to a good night’s sleep. It’s a treat I look forward to and the ingredients are just right for me. Everyone is different, but I’ve tried different sleep aids over the years, and these are the ones I’ve settled on. Iâve always struggled to fall asleep and stay asleep at night. Iâve tried everything to no avail until I tried Olly Extra Strength Sleep Gummies! Iâm 6â3â and 220 lbs with an athletic build and Iâm a health guy. I eat right exercise, etc. my brain and body just struggles to slow down at night and I would typically take at least an hour to finally fall asleep only to wake up numerous times during the night.I take four of these before laying down and wishing 15-20 minutes Iâm dozing off and asleep. The best thing is that I stay asleep and feel rested in the morning. These have been a God send for me. Iâve been taking them for four months and they are still just as effective as day one. Four is my magic number. If I take more, I feel groggy. If I take less, they arenât as effective. I found that four of them helps me peacefully drift off to sleep and allows me to rest throughout the night. Yes, I have some vivid dreams sometimes since taking the, but thatâs ok. Iâm finally able to fall asleep and get the rest my body and brain needs to be productive and at my best the next day.

Careful of melting
Mine melted and concreted the seal so i had to cut it open to see what i was working with. I think it melting may have been solely my fault, not the companyâs, as it sat in the summer heat almost all day until i got home from work, either way, be aware it could be a big sticky mess upon opening. Company did refund me my money + shipping. It does still taste and smell very good, and i did cut it open to get it out and i cut it up into what looks to me like the 60-ish equal-ish portions that it was supposed to be but it looks like a crime scene so im not going to post that here. I have various diagnosed sleep disorders, this does help me sleep longer than without it, but I still cant sleep all night long. I wake up feeling good after taking this the night before. Definitely recommend but be aware it could potentially be a melted gummy pancake inside.
