Works as expected! I had bleached hair colored in silver/white, this product helps me get rid of the unwanted yellow. I use it once in 2 or 3 days, it keeps my silver color strong. For better results. Make sure use decent amount, foam enough bubbles, and leave it on hair for 1min or more (like a conditioner)

Effective for Blonde Toning, but Don’t Forget to Moisturize!
The Olaplex No. 4P Blonde Enhancer Purple Toning Shampoo is a fantastic product for maintaining and enhancing blonde hair. It does a great job of neutralizing brassy tones and keeping blonde hues looking fresh and vibrant. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the brightness and overall color of my blonde hair since I started using it.However, while the shampoo excels at color correction, it tends to leave my hair feeling a bit dry and less moisturized. To counteract this, I recommend using a good conditioner or hair mask afterward to restore moisture and keep your hair feeling soft and healthy.

Purple stains
Purple color stains my hands for a couple of days after I wash my hair. When I left it in my hair for a couple of minutes, as directed by a stylist, it stained my hair a grey looking color. I would rather have a red tint to my hair than the purple staining my hands, hair and shower. When wiped off no stain occurs.

It works!!!! Just use gloves or wash your hands right after.
I used the Opalex conditioner and the shampoo after bleaching my own brown hair. This definitely took away the orange, and gave me a more yellow. I’ll probably wash it with this a couple more times to get the whiter (cool) color I want. I left both the shampoo and the conditioner in for 5-10 minutes.It did tint my hands and nails purple but both times, after I set my timer, I used my [dollar tree] acne face wash and it took it right off.

I have been lightening my hair over the last 4 years and recently (maybe due to the sun?) it looks yellow after about 4 washes. Maybe it’s the toner not being permanent I don’t know, not a stylist.I’ve used Olaplex for years and love it so thought I’d finally give this shampoo a try.Not only is it HIGHLY pigmented but it’s a thin/watery formula. A little goes a long way!I washed my hair as usual then did a wash with this product and it completely stained my hands that it took 4 washes with a scrub to remove it. It was on my hair for no more that 90 seconds as it was my first use I wanted to see what the effects were before leaving on for the recommended time.After rinsing, conditioner and then leave in conditioner I was shocked at how beautifully soft and manageable my hair was. It removed all the brassiness and left my hair feeling amazing. I will continue my regimen of only using this shampoo twice per month as I only put treatment’s in twice per month as I feel my hair isn’t dry or damaged (even with the lightening by my stylist) it even left me feeling like it doesn’t need hydration/moisture/repair treatments. I use function of beauty shampoo and conditioner once per week and alternate with Olaplex.Whenever I do use this in the future I’ll definitely use no3 and no5 to maintain my length, colour and strength of my hair. Not only does it smell amazing but it’s a different scent to the rest of the Olaplex line and I love that.Cannot recommend enough as it’s amazing. Buyer beware though use gloves so you don’t stain your hands and remove from skin around your hairline as soon as you can.
