Can’t believe it, but it actually worked for me!
I did My own research on the “Brazilian Monjaro” and learned it was 3 supplements, two of which are in this product. I decided to try it. I got the 3rd item, apple cider vinegar with mother, and gave it a shot. 2 weeks later, I have lost 8 pounds. I have not exercised but I have probably cut back on what I’ve eaten – but not on purpose – I just don’t crave certain foods. I’ve heard this supplement helps people with low metabolism, I believe it! And absolutely NO side effects for me.

My Favorite Berberine
I originally wanted to try this because it may help with weight loss. I have not seen any weight loss but it did help lower my cholesterol numbers and another benefit which I only found out when I stopped taking it for a month after I ran out is that it pretty much stops my hot flashes and night sweats due to perimenopause. As soon as I started taking it again they were gone within a few days.

Wasn’t For Me – Might Be Perfect for You.
Not impressed. Never used entire bottle.I did not experience any difference in weight loss which was what piqued my interest.Maybe, not taking it regularly and finishing the bottle was my bad. It made me a bit nauseated.Price, quality and it being a natural product is a big plus. Many swear by it and studies have reflected modest weight loss within 3 months and taking daily. So it is a very cost effective way of making your body stronger and lighter.Give it a whirl.

They quietly changed the ingredients and never announced it…
UPDATED REVIEW 2-10-2025They changed the ingredients. It used to be 1200 mg Berberine and 20 mg Cinnamon, and the capsules were bright yellow powder. Now, the capsules are visibly light brown with some speckles of yellow. The ingredients are 1200 mg of Berberine HCl (a type of Berberine salt) and 200 mg of Cinnamon. I no longer trust this company or product for changing the ingredients and never mentioning it on the bottle or the description.ORIGINAL REVIEWI’ve had great results with this product. It definitely beats using any synthetic drugs. However, the quality control doesn’t seem to be up to snuff. I was surprised by the capsule count of the most recent four bottles I opened and counted. Although the product is labeled as 120 capsules, that’s not what I received. I had forgotten whether I had or had not taken my daily dose one morning and knew that I had opened a new bottle the day before and taken two capsules. This prompted me to count the capsules in the bottle for the first time. I knew if I counted 118 capsules, I had not yet taken my dose for the day, but if I counted 116, I had already taken it. The bottle I opened contained 112 capsules, and I was sure I hadn’t taken eight capsules yet but only four over two days. Out of curiosity, this prompted me to open all four bottles, dump each bottle into a bowl, and count the capsules one bottle at a time. The total capsule count is below and not one bottle contained 120 capsules.I’m not as concerned about the value of some missing capsules I paid for that I didn’t receive as I am about the quality control and what that communicates about the manufacturing or the processing. After all, as you can see below, Bottle 2 contained 125 capsules. Five more than advertised on the label. If the capsule count is consistently inaccurate, what might this communicate about other aspects of the quality of the ingredients that I cannot see or measure? If anything, this supplants my faith and trust in this product with doubt and concern. Again, it may not seem like a big deal, and it is not.
