Works for sensitive stomached lab that eats everything
My 4 month old Lab/Golden retriever x Dotty is constantly chewing and eating things she shouldn’t . She had diarrhea so I took her to the Vet. They gave her prescription probiotics and some medicine, plus a gi food. Her stomach problems cleared up. About 10 days later she got loose stools again. I gave her some of the probiotics and the kaolin paste the Vet had given me. Poop firmed right up. So I ordered this product, which is the same as the Vet’s prescription item but half strength. ( as far as I could tell) I give this to her one time a day mixed with her food, and her stools have been great. So much cheaper than a vet visit. Plus I feed her Purina pro large breed puppy which seems to be an excellent food for her.

Effective and good price
Seems to work for my cat. I use about 1/2 a capsule per day, so the cost is affordable. It does seem to control the loose stools problem.Getting the capsule open, and shaking a tiny bit onto the food is sometimes a struggle. The capsules do not open easily.In the summer I have to store this in a sealed container, otherwise the powder cakes and hardens up.Another problem is there must be some taste to the powder; my cat will refuse to eat the food if I put too much powder in the food. I have to add a tiny bit, and add a tiny bit more to the next serving, repeat again. Wish it was liver flavored, or beef, or fish.So it’s cost effective, and it works. I wish it was improved a bit.

Proviable is a probiotic for dogs. I give it to mine the day after her poop starts to get runny. May have to sprinkle a capsule on her breakfast for 2 days but then she’s usually fine. Product arrived on time with acceptable expiry date.

My cat has IBD and although I have tried probiotics before, they never fully stopped the diarrhoea. However after finding Proviable DC my cat has been totally different. Although she is 9yrs old she now runs about like a kitten. The diarrhoea has completely gone and she looks so much healthier, her coat is lovely and soft.She has 1 capsule every day and I just break the capsule open and sprinkle it on her food. The vet asked me the other day for the name of these capsules, so that she can recommend them to someone else with a cat who has IBD.
