STRENGTHENED MY NAILS – FLAVORLESS!
I use 2 tsps in my first cup of coffee every day. Itâs a fine powder that dissolves instantly, and thereâs no noticeable flavor! My fingernails used to break easily and are now much stronger and seem to grow faster. Thatâs something I only remember happening when I took prenatal vitamins. Also, I do think my hair is shinier/silkier. It seems to tangle much less (and it is long, so that can be a problem). I go through one canister of this in about 6 weeks, if that helps you decide whether or not to subscribe and get a small discount. Because I have seen positive results, I can only guess that itâs a benefit in other ways too (bones and joints) but I canât tell for sure. I will say that itâs worth trying. I think I noticed results in about a monthâs time. There is some settling, so donât be alarmed when you see that the canister isnât full to the top. Also, the big canister doesnât work great with a short coffee spoon, so I transfer it to a small container that I donât have to put my whole hand into. All in all Iâm very happy with this product, and I hope my review was helpful! ð

Bottle is way too big
Bottle capacity is ridiculous, 8 ounces in a bottle size that could easily hold over 30 ounces. I actually tested this theory by, after I used up my first bottle, seeing how much measured water the bottle could hold…turned out to be almost 30 ounces. I had to use a long handled teaspoon and tilt the bottle in order to be able to get the powder out, until I decided just to empty all the powder into a plastic lidded container I have that it actually fills, to make it easier to use. Product itself is fine.
