These pills really work! I never write reviews (usually only read them), but I felt I had to share how Candida Support helped me with my chronic yeast infection. For many years I had constant UTIs, which as you may know cause you to get a yeast infection. I was given Diflucan from my gyno so many times that eventually I became immune to it. I started going to Crossfit and never sweat so much in my life at the gym…which brought on another yeast infection. Even after taking Diflucan 2x over two weeks, the yeast infection still came back.I did a ton of research online and found Candida Support. After reading hundreds of reviews, I combined a few different people’s routines and it worked!! If you’ve struggled for a while and can’t find a solution – try this routine and it should work for you. One other important thing to note is you NEED to change your diet. I have a big sweet tooth and love candy but after doing much research, I learned how bad sugar and a large intake of carbs is for your body. I started following the Keto diet (low sugar, low carb). I stopped eating sugar and cut out all white flour and food items with high carbs (think pizza, pasta, etc.). I need to stress that diet is an important part of getting rid of a yeast infection. After 1 month of this routine, I was doing well and the infection went away. I then went on vacation to Texas for a week and decided to treat myself with BBQ and Tex mex and did not keep to my diet. After a week of eating poorly, my yeast infection came back – which made me fully convinced how important diet plays a role in getting rid of a yeast infection. It takes a little more work and may involve cooking some more than usual but there are tons of Keto recipes online.A low carb, low sugar diet along with this routine (including Candida Support) should help you with your yeast infection. If you are looking at this review, you are most likely willing to try anything to find a solution. Give it try – you have nothing to lose!

NOW is the Best Candida Support Product Available
I like supporting a product made in Illinois because I’m in Milwaukee. Most of the candida support products out there are just about the same recipe. What I love about NOW brand is that they eliminated the “bovine” filler which is in just about everyone else’s product. See for yourself – I think NOW is the only product WITHOUT this dreadful filler. Instead, they included Cat’s Claw, garlic, cellulose powder, etc. Just all around a healthier recipe – I do not eat non-organic meats so did not want to risk the bovine filler in the product. NOW also includes probiotics and digestive enzymes. On a typical day, I take Native Remedies “Candidate” tincture in water after breakfast (.75ml) and after dinner, and take Now “Candida Support” after lunch…because it is supposed to be taken with food. I found that two tablets taken together are far more effective than one, although the temptation is to just take one because it works so effectively. Trust me, two tablets is really powerful and will get the job done beautifully. I had bad yeast in my system and although I’ve been on an anti-candida diet for close to a year, the candida really grew throughout my system, having truncated into a huge network and affecting ears, nose, women’s reproductive system, etc. I take NOW after lunch because anti-fungals need to be taken at least one hour outside of your probiotic. I take my probiotic in the evening just before bed. I’ve given up on ThreeLac Probiotic because it contains sugar (fructo-Oligosaccharides) and after years of using it, I’ve decided that it is not the best remedy. It just maintains the candida at a certain level but doesn’t go any further because they get very used to it and eventually, immune. NOW Candida Support will generate the die-off. If it’s too much and you begin itching with rashes, just go down to one capsule instead of two daily.

My stomach cramps and diarrhea worsened after taking the tablet for a week, and I spent two days in hospital. Won’t recommended this product to anyone.
