Love normalyte
I’ve pots/dysautonomia. I use Normalyte more than any other. My body craves it at times. It works well for me. It works differently than the others and is great when you’re under the weather, have stomach issues or nausea issues. I’ve been using it for years now and have yet to be disappointed. I use their capsules as well.My favorite is the unflavored. It’s somewhat of a saline taste to it? I don’t know but I’ve no reactions to it and again, my body tends to crave it. Im so Very happy with normalyte. Very thankful it exists.

Exactly the Hydration I Need
I have trouble staying hydrated, so I used to drink Kinderlyte every day. A few weeks ago I just couldnât make myself choke down any more bland stevia water.I looked for alternatives, and this was a clear winner. No stevia or flavoring, just hydration salts. It uses dextrose to help with absorption, which is important for me. I had elevated liver enzymes a few years back, and my liver specialist advised me to reduce the levels of processed fructose in my diet. I followed his advice and now my levels are perfectly healthy. One of the most common sources of processed fructose is what we usually call sugar (sucrose). Sucrose is a disaccharide of glucose and fructose. I canât have it regularly without damaging my liver. Dextrose is just glucose. Luckily, dextrose is also better for absorption (the guidelines that I found for oral rehydration salts said that sucrose should only be used if dextrose/glucose is not available). It seems strange to me that you donât see it in more often in rehydration salts. My favorite way to drink this is to mix it with warm water, Hottaâs sugar free instant ginger tea powder, collagen peptides and a bit of extra dextrose (I like modernist pantryâs version because it dissolves very easily). It makes a nice gingery broth that is warm, spicy and very comforting.Since I use it every day, it would be nice if it were a bit less expensive, but even at this price Iâll definitely keep buying it.Hopefully they donât reformulate it and ruin it by adding fake sweeteners or sucrose!

Feeling back to myself.
I hardly EVER leave a review for anything. But I can honestly say that these have done wonders for me. I received them a week ago and I notice when my blood pressure is very low or feel very fatigue because i notice when my energy levels drop Vs being tired. Iâm 30 years old and I know Iâve been having this issue for years. Doctors are no help. They never get to the root cause of it. In 2019 I went to the hospital and my blood pressure dropped to 40 and they couldnât figure out what was going on with me. I think ever since itâs escalated where Iâm getting out of bed because I have to and Iâm pushing myself. I have no kids. So I shouldnât be this tired. Before that ER visit I had previously felt it and tried talking to a doctor about it that I had no energy. That Iâve been gaining weight but that I have no energy to get myself going. I donât eat to bad. But I also donât workout. The doctor brought in a therapist instead of doing blood work etc which I brought up. They said I was depressed and that I might be Bevsude i was 20LB over weight. ð i was so livid. That was the last time I went to the doctor. Iâve tried doing things from home or more natural remedies bevsude not sure what the root cause was. Iâm not a doctor. One day I was scrolling and this person was speaking about POTS. I started to look into it. I saw how itâs related to blood pressure. Previously Iâve been told my massage therapies that i have bad blood circulation. So it all started to connect. When I checked my blood presssure i noticed it was drastically low compared to normal. I checked it for a week and noticed it was low and i was wondering if maybe the machine was not working etc. tested my brother and mom and theirs is fine. Once I started to take Norma Lyte i noticed an instante difference! I donât feel my face numb, my vision is more clear I feel more awake and alert. My energy levels feel normal now. Iâll be out and about all day and until like 10ish i start to feel tired not fatigue. Tired just from being out and about. This has brought me back to being myself. I honestly feel so much better. I still need to research more if this Becsude of course Iâm curious. But now i have energy to get out after work and workout more. Iâm so happy that even my family had noticed an enormous change that even my brother said he will pay for the subscription lol. I hope this helps. The taste overal isnât bad. Iâm also not picky. I donât care if it taste horrible my goal was to start to feel better. Iâve had only the grape flavor and honestly I donât mind it at all.

Not bad but
It’s not bad among its peers, but like its peers, it’s way too sweet.

LIFESAVER!!!!
Dysautonomia is not a fun condition. This is a great product… Its not cloyingly sweet like most “Electrolyte” drinks. It does have a semi sweet orangey taste. I grew up having salted lemons as a summer thing — So i like a less sweet taste. For those without medical conditions:I’ve had friends and family try it after Illness, longer term hospital stays (dry air) travel and change in altitude…. most HATE electrolyte powders and some cannot tolerate pedialyte or gatorade. They said this worked WAY BETTER for them and some have a subscription for it now :)IMHO its worth checking out their other flavors — Orange is just my favorite.THOUGH I LIKE THE UNFLAVORED IN ICED TEAgrape tastes like kids grape tylenol chewables to me –and i do not remember what apple tastes like — (last time I had it — was in a sample pack that the company was handing out at Dysautonomia Conference 2017)

Gross & misleading recommendation by Amazon.
I had no idea this product contained Sucralose. I usually use Cure hydration and this came up as a similar item. Definitely should not be in the health & wellness section. ð³ Tried to return and it says it isnât eligible. $38 wasted.

Effective
This stuff is actually a lifesaver for me. Provides great hydration without the irritating artificial sweeteners. It is expensive, but worth the cost for me. I use it almost daily.

Great electrolyte packets to have on hand
I purchased NormaLyte Oral Rehydration Salts because the ingredients were pure. I also prefer taking electrolyte mixes that are unflavored. These packets are easy to carry with you and dissolve nicely in any drink. Highly recommend.

Product says no artificial sweeteners, not true- tastes like awful chemical sweeteners and not returnable.
Penlady –
I was hopeful for this, but I will have to water down the mixture a lot to bear how sweet it is. I didn’t notice any difference in dehydration symptoms or POTS symptoms after 2 glasses.

My daughter said it works

For a product such as this, the pricing is predatory. Will not purchase again. Buyer beware.

I’m very sensitive to flavours so ended up adding a water flavour enhancer (crystal light for example) to help get it down. It did help with dehydration. I’m just really picky (sensitive) with flavour.
