NoctuRest is a blessing for me. I am in my mid 60s and have had serious problems falling asleep for many years. I tried all the OTC products to no avail. Melatonin alone did nothing.I finally asked my doctor for sleeping pills. Ambien worked fine BUT after waking one morning with a half eaten cheesecake, which I had apparently eaten with my hands, next to me on the bed I was concerned. Later, on two separate occasions, I woke to find my double front doors standing wide open. That ended my relationship with Ambien and I was afraid to try any other prescription sleep aids.My pattern became not sleeping at all one night, four or five hours the next night, maybe two or three the next night and crash the next.I began doing some research and then turned to Amazon where I found this miracle.I just received my second bottle. I wanted to finish the first before writing a review. Without a doubt this is the best sleep aid I have ever tried. I have been consistently using it since my first order arrived on February 1st. From that night on I fall asleep easily and sleep 8 or 9 hours a night with no morning after âhangoverâ.I find it works best for me if I take a âfullâ dropper, which actually looks like a half dropper, an hour and a half before bed. Then 30 minutes later I take about half of a dose. In about 15 – 30 minutes Iâm in dreamland. Iâm including a photo of the ingredients so that you can see all the natural goodness.Update-I am now on bottle #6 and have been using NoctuRest for almost 6 months. After having dealt with insomnia for over 30 years I am now falling asleep easily and sleeping through the night with none of the side effects of Prescription sleeping pills. The only side effect is a good one. Getting a good nightâs sleep regularly has changed my life. I am less stressed, have more energy, and am more focused and alert, making my job a lot easier. I WILL NEVER STOP USING THIS!Update February 2022I have now been using this for over a year and can only repeat my endorsement of this product. Being able to get a good eight hours of sleep EVERY NIGHT has made such a difference in my life. I canât, of course, guarantee that it will be this effective for everyone but, if you suffer from insomnia, as I did for decades, I urge you to give it a fair trial of at least a month.A year and a half and I couldnât be more pleased. I work 40 hours a week and also take care of an 85 year old relative with hip problems and an extremely short term memory. Weird dreams?
I bought this product a while back to help with getting my body back to a regular schedule after I stopped working nights. I was looking for something that would make me fall asleep and keep me asleep all night without making me drowsy. I had tried everything available at the local drug store from over the counter sleep meds to melatonin to tea combinations and finally cold medicine. They all consistently helped with one problem but not the other.(would make me fall asleep but not stay asleep, or would make me drowsy) I finally ordered this product after reading the reviews and the description. It seems to work pretty well if you don’t mind some wild dreams! It’s a little strange tasting but that’s to be expected and a little pricey in my opinion. But both of those are worth it if the product helps me sleep all night without waking up drowsy. Well it does that for the most part. Occasionally I would have to double my dose to get to sleep. (It says on the bottle this is ok) Unfortunately because of this I ran through the bottle pretty quickly. Also eventually the weird dreams became too much for me and I decided to stop taking it. Even though I wasn’t waking up drowsy I noticed I didn’t have as much energy throughout the day which I assume is due to disturbed sleep from the crazy dreams. My boyfriend says I would talk in my sleep and thrash around and spin in the bed until the sheets came off the mattress. He started to say “guess it’s time for spin class” whenever he saw me taking the nocturest. Lol….so overall it does what it claims but for me it’s too expensive and makes me have way too many crazy dreams for me to continue to use it.

Really Helps Me To Sleep
I wasn’t getting quality sleep. I was waking up at 2 a.m. or 3 a.m. every morning. My doctor recommended melatonin in the amount of 5 mgs but no more than 15 mgs. I wasn’t getting any kind of relief. So I began researching different products that claimed that they could help me sleep well. I chose several to check out the ingredients because I take several medications that can be affected by some ingredients. I called my doctor about the herbs that were in this sleep supplement and his office staff referred me to a pharmacist that knew about herbs and possible good or bad interactions. This supplement passed his scrutiny for my meds. I like the fact that you use a dropper and put the liquid under your tongue. Many of you may know that it goes much quicker into your system under the tongue, that’s why nitroglycerin is put under the tongue by people who have heart trouble and pain. The company that makes this doesn’t say this but I’m just guessing. It does have an “earthy” taste but I don’t think it’s unpleasant, just different. If you can’t hold it under your tongue for 30 to 60 seconds, you can put it in water. I found that one dropper was enough for me. I’ve seen a reviewer here that complained about the dropper not going to the top of the dropper. It’s NOT SUPPOSED TO!!! Two droppers equal 1/4 teaspoon. Sorry for the long review, but I thought it would be helpful. It’s worth the cost. I’m back on track with my sleep and will continue to use it. I’m going to sign up for subscribe and save!!! Yay!!!
