My son has used these for several years to help him sleep when he is stressed from school or when his sleep patterns shift due to late study nights/exams. He will drink 1/2 a bottle before he is ready to head to bed. We now send them to college for him as no other alternative option seems to work. He says they don’t necessarily make him groggy or overly tired, they just help his brain and body quiet down and settle into a state conducive for sleep. I have tasted them, and they taste great and are just lightly carbonated. At times they are hard to find — I hope they stay on the market as nothing he tries in place of these work as well for him.

Better than taking a sleeping pill, safer, and great for every night or use as needed. Highly recommended!
I love this stuff. My only concern is the artificial sweetener, however, it’s a minute amount compared to other products. A huge benefit to this product is it works fast. I don’t recommend drinking this ice cold, as it does have a tendency to cause a minor upset stomach.This is loaded with vitamins and minerals your body needs, especially Magnesium. You may be taking supplements with Magnesium in it, however, contrary to belief, you are getting NO benefit to the magnesium in supplements as the molecules are too large to pass the blood-brain barrier. Neuro Sleep has Magnesium Citrate, with allows the magnesium to pass the blood-brain barrier and you actually benefit from it with:Blood Sugar balance, Optimal Circulation and blood pressure, cellular energy production, a calmer nervous system (without feeling drugged), pain relief, muscle relaxation, better bone density with better calcium balance, joint and ligament flexibility, and more established and balanced sleep patterns.I started this after having a traumatic brain injury and it helped immensely. I not only had trouble sleeping, but also had memory issues, pain, and headaches. This helped with nearly everything!One word of caution, however; Magnesium Citrate can cause diarrhea. This product contains a smaller amount than what you’d need for a full bowel evacuation, and you will, after a week or so, get used to the Magnesium CItrate and be regular again, but with better sleep. I cannot praise their products enough.

Drinking these for years
I have been a fan of the neuro drinks for years; they helped get me through college! I can no longer find them in the stores, but I am sure glad they are available on Amazon. However, I wish there were more varied flavor options. For example, I like the sleep formula but am not a massive fan of the Tangerine flavor. These would certainly be 5/5 stars if they had just one or two more flavors. But overall, these are nice. They are not an instant cure for sleeplessness, but do help relax me when heading to bed.

Best Sleep drink ever created!
I don’t drink alcohol but have issues falling asleep. This really is a nice option for flavor and puts you right asleep. Half a bottle is all that’s needed. It really helps mellow you out and feel tired. The flavor is incredible…no hang over feeling. Highly recommend I drink half a bottle every night and sleep great!
