Effective with only two
For me, this works well. I only need to take two with two glasses of water before bedtime. I also follow the direction to take at least three hours after eating. I have no cramps, no diarrhea using this product. It is effective first thing in the morning. It also seems to work for a few days. What I donât particularly like is the size of the capsule, Iâd prefer a smaller capsule but it is what it is. For me, I do think eating fiber food is important so that only two are needed.

Ive tried so many different prebiotic, laxatives, and detoxes. This by far is the best. For me it starts to work about 7 hours after taking it which makes it easier to plan when to take it. It doesn’t cause any cramping or discomfort for me. It keeps me regular. I am petite but still take the recommended 2 per day dosage

This stuff works! I only need to take 1 capsule at night, along with a magnesium complex, to stay regular and sleep well. It has really made a difference in how I feel and sleep. Things were OK with just a magnesium complex but adding this significantly helps.

The best EVER!!
I’ve been trying to figure out why everytime I eat I look pregnant. I figured it’s because I’m not having regular bowel movements. I started with 1 a night and I emptied out the next morning! No cramping or discomfort.. maybe some gas haha! I do also have coffee in thr AM which also helps! It says to increase to 3/night and I did for 2 nights and I didn’t go for those 2 days. So I went back to just 1/night and now I’m regular every morning! Guess you have to figure out your sweet spot with these. No pain at all and no bloating & flatter stomach. 10/10 highly recommend guys ð«¶ð¾
