    It will definitely clean you out!
    I had purchased these supplements back in 2023 after a recommendation from a friend. I had moved in 2023 as well and had put these in storage. I just got them back and forgot about them, I took two along with my other daily supplements assuming it would be something just to help me keep a flat tummy. Well it definitely did everything it promises! I didn’t even realize how backed up I had been but thanks to these, I feel like I’ve been cleaned from the inside out! I took two of them and it did cause my tummy to hurt a little but it still got the job done.

    Yup it works well, but beware
    I am CLEANED OUT, after only taking 4 pills. I can only take 1 at a time. The cramps hit me in the middle of work and that sucked. And then I get out of bed at 11:30pm cause my colon said it’s time to go.If you’re looking for a proper miracle pill colon cleanse detox for cheap, look no further. But the cleansing hurts on the toilet, it’s not pretty.

    No Skids for me.
    I was skiddish after reading the reviews about poop, poop, poopen & that bowl movements became some consumers new hobbies. So I never took more than one every evening before bed. Yes my tummy is currently making noises, and yes I can feel works happening in there. But I am very satisfied with my purchase and will be purchasing my second bottle next month. No bad side affects, just alarming sounds and feelings.In addition I think the manufacturer should lessen the suggested dosage. I really like the value part, because I can’t afford to buy all the green veg that I should eat.Thank youMiss No Skids

    It’s SUPPOSED to give you diarrhea. It works
    Take one pill to start, on the morning of your day off, and don’t go anywhere. I did have a mild tummy feeling but it’s slushing out all of the old crap in your bowels. So yeah, it felt like that. The aftermath a few days later (I only take one pill once a month honestly) was a beautiful, gorgeous, solid 💩. Also I am on the IBS spectrum so side note, mango also helps solidify poo if your poo is “too soft”. Another side note, if your 💩 is TOO solid, I take fiber gummies for that. Gets rid of constipation. But get the ones with real sugar (or fruit sugar whatever that’s called) bc the fake stuff might kill good bacteria in your gut. I’m not opposed to taking this stuff everyday for other people but for me it’s one pill, once a month. I can’t be running to the bathroom every 2 hours at work.

    These are dangerous, but effective, and not for everyday use.
    These are dangerous. I don’t know whether to give a full 5 star review or 0 stars bc omg they work but omg it hurt. I am a chronic constipation sufferer and have tried every fiber supplement from miralax to magnesium citrate. THESE are otherworldly. Aside from the excruciating cramps they gave me, I am cleared out from top to bottom. I would not recommend taking these daily, they should strictly be a last minute option. I would say they are a step above magnesium citrate on a strength level. Please be careful omg.

    It works!! I use this most nights and by morning, I’m usually ready to go, if not right after a cup of coffee. I typically only use 1, but will occasionally use 2 if I feel like I need to. I had mild cramping at first (especially when I would take 2), but my body seems to have built a tolerance and now I don’t feel anything! Love love love these. Love that they don’t have magnesium (for whatever reason those would always make my breakout), love that they’re not a stimulant, and love that you take them orally.

    I HAD PURCHASED THIS FOR THE FOURTH TIME AND I MUST SAY THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT GOOD FOR CLEANSING YOUR BODY IF YOUR TRYING TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT . I USUALLY EAT ONCE A DAY AT LUNCH TIME AND TAKING THIS TABLET AFTER ONE HOUR FINISHING MY MEAL (ONE TABLET A DAY) I NEVER FELT BLOATED WHICH IS A GOOD FEELING WHILE USING THIS . IT ALWAYS MAKE ME FEEL THAT MY STOMACH IS CLEAN EVEN IT CONTAIN LAXATIVE THIS IS NOT GIVING U CRAMPING ON STOMACH. I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
