I’m a fan of this product which comes in a 3-month supply with premium ingredients. It supports my joint health and hair strength, and includes Vitamin C & E. The strawberry lemon flavor is perfect and it’s made in the USA. It’s good for skin elasticity and is allergen-free. It contains Type I & III Collagen, not found in all collagen supplements. Hard to Rate Based on Early Results
They taste good and seem to do the job. If you are not used to fiber supplements, or even eating enough fiber, these may be a shock to the system. I was afraid these would be too rough so I taper the dosage down to just enough to not cause symptoms. Eating 1/2 of one seems to do the trick until I build up the tolerance needed to digest fiber. They taste good and seem fresh too. I will keep at it though, as fiber is an important part of one’s diet.
