I bought these for my flight to Europe so I tried them last night and man I slept like a baby . I just hope they work the same way on my 12 1/2 hr flight to London . I took two .

Semi counterproductive, but still good
These gummies seem to work. I take one about 45 minutes before I want to go to sleep and Iâve had no problems falling asleep so far. They say they are 10mg but that is per serving. Each serving is two, so they are really 5mg each; which I prefer since you donât always want to knock out. My only grip is with the amount of sugar and consistency of the gummies. Being that you would probably want to be asleep soon after you take them, the sugar sort of works against that and the gummies can get stuck in your teeth. Just things to think about dealing with before going to sleep for the night, but they do get the job done.

I like to take gummyâs instead of pills. I bought these and wish I had purchased the last brand that I bought on Amazon. These taste terrible like a chemical or plastic taste. I would not recommend.

This is your typical melatonin gummy. There’s nothing super special about it. It seems to work pretty well, so that’s great. Just like most other gummy supplements, it has a weird texture/aftertaste, but not as bad as some others I’ve tried. Overall, does what I need it to do.
