Great product, and value for the money. It’s hard for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. Started using this product about a month ago and it worked like a charm. I am able to get a full night worked and feel rested in the morning. I did not experience any side effects or grogginess the next day. The taste is not the best or the worst. The taste is bitter to me. The worst part was each time I took them, between 1am and 2am I would be wide awake and until I had to get up for work I could never get back to a good sleep. Like a rotisserie chicken.
