I have digestive issues and find that probiotics really calm them down. Have tried a number of products and for me this is the most effective one by far. My gastroenterologist had me start taking probiotics after a severe case of C. Diff from an antibiotic. My friend, who always does a lot of research, recommended Fortify. I had IBS type symptoms, and these really helped me. I recovered after 2 weeks of (more but a different) antibiotics, Fortify, and changes to my diet. I continue to take Fortify 30 Billion and have issues when I don’t take them.The first time I ordered them from Amazon, I got a great deal ordering 3 bottles at once. Now they want me to sign up for auto-refill which I don’t want and don’t like. Anyway, they are much less expensive here on Amazon than at my beautiful local health food store where I can easily take things back when they don’t work ou. And THEY really need the business unlike you know who.
