This supplement works differently (from what I recall) by helping the body not overreact to the histamine and by mucous lubrication, moving the histamine out through normal functions.Natures Sunshine is a company known for research, for thoroughly investigating the growing conditions, harvesting, procurement and transportation of each and every ingredient. And measuring consistency of each batch.Iâm not with the company, but over the years have attended several free educational seminars, taught by some Medical Doctors (internists, neurologists, cardiologists), Naturopathic Doctors (who treat world-class athletes), and one of their chemists.My family has used their products since 1980. My medical doctors know which minerals, herbs, vitamins I use and approve. Only caveat is I was told not to switch brands, as my doctors read and agreed to the specific supplements.Now my immunologist is taking Quercetin, too!Some parts of the world have used the components for thousands of years.If you arenât familiar with the ingredients, they are well-studied and if you have life-threatening (or just annoying) allergies, you should consider reading some of the research done on nettle, quercetin, orange bitter and/or bromelain.If you have question on possible allergens with this product, Iâve called them before, it was easy process to confirm that it was safe for me. Not sure if it’s helping
I purchased this to help with my histamine flare-ups. My rashes/hives have improved somewhat but I have no idea if it’s from this. I’ve been cutting out foods that trigger a lot of histamine in addition to taking this supplement. The capsules are fairly easy to swallow and I haven’t had any issues after taking them for over a month.

I use these when I have any type of problems with my lungs. I have gotten myself in trouble before breathing in mold and dust. I take these to help get my lungs back to normal. Only brand I will buy! 😀

Most effective of all the supplements that I take
I take many vitamins, minerals and herbs after researching them simply on faith that they are good for me for prevention of illness or other problems. But I rarely notice much difference since I am quite healthy for my age. HISTABLOCK IS DIFFERENT. I have for several years had ongoing stuffy nose issue, especially at bedtime, keeping me awake. I haven’t discovered the source of the problem. I don’t want to depend on antihistamine medicines. I was skeptical but tried HistaBlock. I have noticed a clear difference. Even if my nose is a bit stuffy still, it is no longer ever clogged and I am sleeping well. A great asset to my quality of life

I take these for hives and it has helped a lot. I was hoping that if I took them 2x a day for awhile I would be able to go days without taking them but then my hives got so bad after a few days I had to take allergy med. I would like to be “cured” and not have to take expensive pills everyday. But, yes, these work. They did not work for my constant congestion (which may or may not be food related, idk) though.
