Turmeric is great for pain, no doubt. The product arrived fine, it was sealed. The capsules werenât all stuck together. No taste, no smell. Everything is fine except⦠Theyâre huge! It doesnât matter what I do to take one ( mostly making sure the entire capsule is wet so it doesnât stick to your mouth or throat, and taking with a larger gulp of water), it is hard to swallow, and actually hurts my throat. I wish they were smaller, and two capsules were a whole dose. Pic next to a quarter.

I started taking this as a last resort. I had taken lower doses of Turmeric with slight reduction of lower backpain. Instead of quadrupling the dosage of those I opted for this 1 larger dose. improvements were extremely noticeable in 36hrs. I doubled my dosage of this and after a week and a half, I woke up without any lower backpain at all in over a year!!! Make no mistake, this is a large capsule and may not be easy for some to get down. But, it works. I was tired of shots, prescription Tylenol, Steroids, and Opiods. My stomach couldnât take those any more.

Probably Good Quality, but Very Hard to Swallow
These capsules are huge! The only way my wife can/will take them is to open the capsules and pour the ingredients directly onto food or into a drink. Enough said! Better to just get the powder for a less-costly dose.
