Works amazingly
I struggle with insomnia, both getting to sleep and staying asleep. I started with regular melatonin, which worked great for getting me to fall asleep, but I would wake up at 1am wide awake. These gummies are not only delicious, but help me fall asleep immediately and keeps me asleep through most of the night. Highly recommend if you need some help sleeping.

I’ve had problems falling asleep and staying asleep ever since I was young. As far back as I can remember, older family members have had sleep issues as well. I learned I have ADHD so it’s not as bad now, but before then I tried different things marketed towards better sleep. This! This is absolutely the best product! I fell asleep fast, relaxed, and deep. Other products containing melatonin usually gave me nightmares. I did not have that problem with these. In the mornings I would be a little drowsy, but not too bad.

It’s not a bad product, but it may not be right for everyone (like me). No problem with the taste and it puts me asleep within an hour, but after about 4 hours you wake up and it’s hard to get back to sleep.To me, the quality of sleep didn’t seem natural. Feels like being drugged with weird dreams and being tired the next day. Others may not have a problem with it.
