I can take this before I go to bed or if I wake up and can’t get back to sleep. It let’s me sleep 7 – 8 hours after taking. Wonderful product.

Perfect dosage
It’s incredibly difficult to find the 1 mg dosage of melatonin. I administer this to my dogs about an hour before bed. It helps settle them for the night. This is very reasonably priced and easy to use. I just wrap it in a pill pocket or a meatball.

Works for me for a few more hours sleep
I usually wake up at 2-4 am. I would take about 1/4 of a pill and go back to sleep for a few hours. If I take it before bed, it only works for about 4 hours and Does not make me sleep 7 or 8 hours. If I take more, then I wake up with a headache and foggy head.I have figured that taking 1/4 of a pill when I wake up too early works the best. But the downside is, as I discovered, short term memory loss. I sometimes struggle to find the word, what makes it worse is that English is not my mother tongue. When I donât sleep well, I have the same problem. At least with the pill, I not that tired and cranky during the day.

1mg is the sweet spot for melatonin. This is a hormone. You really shouldn’t be taking much more than this and it shouldn’t be every night. That’s why I keep buying this over and over. It’s one of the few that offer 1mg and it’s always a good price.

Canât find this mg amount in stores. This helped me get my sleep regulated without the vivid dreams/nightmares. I take one pill two hours before bed. Very thankful! Like last time, I will probably take it for no more than 3 months and then will go back to Dr Bergs sleeping pills.

I once tried Melatonin and it was 10 mgs….woke up with drill bit in my temple and felt drunk as a lord !! Years later wanting to try it again as i saw companies making low doseThese I started with a 1/2 and put the other 1/2 on the night table… it took me 4 hrs into a deep sleep, when i woke up I took the other 1/2 and fell asleep for another 4 hrs.Woke up refreshed but was still striving for a solid 6 hrs minimally. The next night i took a whole and grabbed 5 hrs. Stayed on that dosage a week and decided to go 1& a half and BINGO solid 6 hrs ….The great thing is you can adjust dosage with them and you get a good number of the pills & they are priced affordably.6 bucks … EXCELLENT !
