I previously used their gummies in a different flavor, and decided to try these: Nature’s Bounty 10 mg Melatonin Gummy in BLUEBERRY flavor. They arrived in perfect condition, and tasted fresh, with a fantastic flavor.I am sensory sensitive to texture and flavors, and this may be my favorite that I’ve ever had. They were soft, with a smooth texture, and the flavor was pleasant–I look forward to taking these before bed! In addition to supporting my sleep using all natural ingredients, they are a small sweet treat before bed that tastes natural, and not at all artificial. The flavor reminds me of drinking fresh juice, but in a blueberry/berry-blend flavor. These were also affordable, and they are consistent every time I purchase from this brand. If you are looking for a straightforward gummy without additional vitamins or minerals added to the blend, this would be a great option.

The Nature’s Bounty 10mg Melatonin Gummies taste great, making them easy to include in a nightly routine. My husband swears by these as a reliable sleep aid and has been getting great results. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that individual responses to melatonin can vary, they don’t work much for me, but overall, this is a great product worth trying!
