Bought these in 2.5mg, 5mg, and 10mg for various members of my family. I used to take the pills but other members in the family could not take pills so we thought to try these out. They taste fine and work well! With melatonin, I make sure to get a full night’s sleep so I don’t feel groggy in the morning.Depending on the dosage and person, it either takes a little or a lot of time to take effect. Iâm a bit of an insomniac. In my defense, nighttime is way better for getting things done than any other time of day. In any case, the hubby needed me on a more regular sleep cycle, so ahead with the melatonin I went. I started with the emergen-c melatonin packets, and those worked great, but when I went hunting for more, they were super pricy. So I began a quest, hunting through all kinds of melatonin gummies. Problem is, most melatonin gummies are absolutely nasty.I finally found these. At 2.5 mg, theyâre less than the 5 mg limit my husband is allowed to be qualified for work, and theyâre both small, and donât taste bad. They work really well, and because itâs a 130 count bottle, theyâll last for a really long time. Iâll probably end up buying these again at some point, they really work well.
