I am taking this daily to help with hair health. I have changed many things by adding new products and moved away from coloring. I want to believe this helping in addition to the B12. I donât have issues with hair loss only trying to get my hair healthy again as I work on growing it out. I take this daily in the morning with my coffee! Side note-my nails have for sure gotten stronger. I also take collagen daily in addition to this product.
