Me parece que es un buen suplemento para niños con posibles sintomas de neurodivergencia, a mis sobrinas les dabamos sus gomitas un par de horas antes de dormir con la idea de que tuvieran un sueño mas reparador, mi sobrina de 5 con una gomita logra un sueño mas profundo y sin moverse tanto. Mi sobrina de 10 años por su estatura y su entrada a la casi preadolescence 2 gomitas pero sospecho que con 2 1/5 serÃa mejor.Yo tambien tome una de vez en vez y uno duerme muchisimo mejor. Okay yall this product is amazing! Iâm a grandma that has her three grands kids with me. The boys were little terrors. Seriously. We have rules theyâd never remember them. Theyâd talk back. Theyâd get angry over just picking up toys. After taking this, saw immediate results! They stopped getting trouble in school, they come do homework without being told. Go to bed without being told. They donât talk back. Itâs incredible. They have short moments here and there but itâs like night and day!

My daughter didnât care for the taste of these, but I tried them and thought they were fineâit really comes down to personal preference. That said, the product and this brand are excellent. It worked well for my child, and I would still recommend it! I will be ordering this product again–maybe just a different flavor.
