Gives Me a Smooth Flow Throughout the Day -Noticeable When I Don’t Take it
This, in combination with Natural Stacks Serotonin, Ciltep and Smart Caffeine (they added L-Theanine so that one doesn’t get jittery like some caffeine pills or nootropics), are an amazing way to start your day. Then, after lunch I take another of these, Dopamine, and another Natural Stacks Serotonin, and I am no longer drowsy in afternoons, nor am I irritable. These stacks by Natural Stacks aren’t the big bang in the morning and afternoon, they are the smooth flow throughout my day. I stopped taking them for a while and that’s when I noticed the difference in my life with Natural Stacks and without Natural Stacks, and I have to say that I prefer my life with Natural Stacks. I am a 55 yo woman, and I am a teacher – these products really help me to stay positive throughout the day, and again, the Dopamine and Serotonin shots in the afternoon help me to be the awesome, positive, teacher that I am in the morning. I am allergic to most prescription drugs and a few foods but I’ve not had one bad reaction to any of Natural Stacks products -this is probably due to the fact that they use non-GMO, all natural supplements (no synthetic ingredients) AND you will NEVER see the words “proprietary blend” on their ingredient list. I no longer trust “proprietary blend” because any dose can be in that blend – it seems that a lot of nootropics on the market have similar ingredients (I haven’t seen any other nootropic out there using dried artichoke extract) but in dosages either too low to do any good, or too high which makes one a bit high – not in a good way Once you subscribe to their email newsletter you will get notice of flash sales, some are private to subscribers only- these are huge discounts that allow me, on my teacher’s salary, to be able to afford continuing to take these stacks. I’m putting the Amazon link here for the CILTEP so that you can check out their flagship product which is made with 5 ingredients: artichoke extrace, Forskolin, L-Phenylalanine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALCAR), and Vitamin B6. I won’t be without Ciltep to start my day! It took me about 2 months to work out the perfect dosage for me – not everyone is the same, so try until you get it right for you. I have an issue taking any over the counter or prescription medications that are Anticholinergic. They seem to impact my memory negatively. Taking this product seems to make a positive difference in my memory and word recall. I highly recommend that everyone does a deep search into any medications they take as it can involve some digging to find out that even common over the counter allergy meds can cause this issue. Iâve seen it happen also with one of my younger family members so itâs not just limited to older people. Maybe certain genes are involved? It seems likely that it could contribute to memory problems in some older people when they unknowingly take more and more anticholinergic medications over time. Just my opinion based on my personal experience but maybe do some research and see what you thinkâ¦

BEST SUPPLEMENT EVER
Been using this for over a year! I take it daily and could not recommend it more. I was prescribed stimulants for many years and find it hard to be as productive as I was when I was taking them…was I found this fabulous supplement. It’s even better than a stimulant because I don’t feel any of the side effects, it doesn’t affect my mood, I don’t have a crash, and I seriously couldn’t recommend it more to anyone and everyone! It is one of those things that make my quality of life way better! I am way more productive, efficient, and every day tasks are much simpler. If you are thinking about this — PLEASE FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART GET IT! 🙂

They Work Great….But BE CAREFUL….
Keep in mind there’s no such thing as a supplement that contains Acetylcholine. The ingredients in the supplement cause the body to create acetylcholine.*My Experience*After taking the first capsule, I felt the effects within a couple of hours. I had more energy, more focus, and they seemed to stabilize my mood.After taking 1-2 capsules daily for about a week, I started getting really bad anxiety when trying to fall asleep. This is something I’ve never experienced before.Every time I was falling asleep my body would jerk and an intense fear would come over me. This would keep happening for several hours until I finally fell asleep.After doing some research, these were symptoms of too much acetylcholine. The half-life of Acetylcholine is about 13-15 days. Meaning once you get your reserves built up, you should stop taking these for about a month.Other symptoms experienced from too much Acetylcholine- Loose stools- Tight sore muscles- Jittery – Feeling like my muscles were vibrating under my skin.- Muscular fasciculation – small muscle contractionsDue to the long half-life of Acetylcholine I suggest the following- Make sure to only take one capsule at a time.- Never take any after 3pm or you wont be able to go to sleep and will have the jitters.- Once you feel like you can focus discontinue use for a while.

The widraw is pretty bad
I have trouble with dopamine absorption in my brain which makes me not focus, i have brain fog, low energy, low motivation, and bad adhd. These pills made me focus a bit more, it gave me a small kick of energy and i was able to at least was the dishes all in one time slot without having to come back to them.Now, i misplaced the bottle for 3 days and holly smokes was i suffering, i had insane migranes, i could not sleep at all, i could not do one chore, i felt so awful that i stayed in bed for three days as i didn’t have energy to do anything, not even cook me a meal. I felt heavy as i had fallen sick. This morning is my 4th day without it and i found the bottle, this fourth day i feel as if the product finally got out of my system and i feel more myself.To be fair, i am going to take it again and see if finishing the bottle will have a better and longer lasting effect in my body but i am scared of the widraw again because it was insanely bad.
